The technician was fine- no complaints. But the facility is filthy; the floor is dirty, holes in the walls, the same piece of trash in the waiting room the last 3 times I've been there, cobwebs in the windows, walls have dirt marks all over them. Doesn't inspire confidence. Hire a cleaning service!

They did a good job. They have a mobile service too that I might try.

I was really nervous about getting 14 vials taken since I have hard to find veins. Amber and Peyton were awesome. They took care of me and were able to locate my veins all while making me feel great.
