I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY STILL REFUSED TO SEE ME. Also, good luck talking to anyone. There's NOBODY at the front desk. Ever. Don't waste your time, go anywhere else to get your tests done.

You CANNOT reach a real person by phone. I’ve had numerous doctors offices fax over the paperwork to their posted fax number and EVERY TIME they claim not to have received it. My doctor’s aren’t able to reach them either. This company plays a dangerous game with people’s health!!!

The staff were nice but the facility was very run down, old equipment. Did not feel clean especially the restroom. Computer issues, broken down cabinets, paper towels in restroom were falling off wall. Row of unlabeled urine in a basket. Very unsanitary and poor facility for staff to effectively do hygienic work.
