Joey has fixed my poor back a couple of times when I threw it out. After getting me to walk again (I could walk, but it hurt) I learned about her drop in classes on Saturday. I have been going there to strengthen and keep my back pliable. I have not needed the fix any more since going to the classes and have been very happy. The classes keep not only my back in shape but other joints and problem areas as well. Well worth the sacrifice of an hour of my weekend.

I am so glad I found this place! I'm a Crossfit athlete who had a knee replacement a year and a half ago. I had a difficult surgery and haven't been able to find good position again at the gym. After taking a four week class at Resilient Body I was able to not only improve my squat technique, but I was also able to find my hollow and tuck positions again, making kipping chest to bar pull ups and hand stand push-ups completely achievable again! If you are an athlete looking to return from injury, this is the place to go! The coaches are positive and inspiring. It's a joy to work with them!

Micah was incredibly helpful in helping me to rehabilitate from a back injury, as well as focus on movements to create resiliency from future injury. Trainers are knowledgable, approachable and a pleasure to work with. I really appreciate the focus on building physical capacity for the long term enjoyment of the activities that are important! Highly recommended!

Joey is very knowledgeable and skilled. I was experiencing some pain and tightness that I could not treat on my own from sports injury. Joey was able to pinpoint where the pain originated and worked with me to extend my range of motion which improved my mobility and reduced pain so I can work out safely again. Thanks Joey!
