About Sonoma County Animal Services
Sonoma County Animal Services serves the public in the care and well-being of animals. The shelter is a wonderful place with super nice, helpful, amazing, very kind, knowledgeable, and understanding staff who treat people with respect and kindness. They are committed to saving the animals and will do anything in their power to help, whether someone is adopting or needs to surrender a pet. The shelter has plenty of dogs, cats, and bunnies available for adoption. Adoption fees are low, with everything included. They upload photos of available pets regularly to their website. While generally responsive, the agency can be busy, and response times may vary. The community is encouraged to help by adopting or donating due to a current lack of funds. Overall, it is the best shelter, highly recommended for anyone looking to adopt a pet.

They are doing the best they can under the circumstances of not having enough staff and resources. They provide service for all kinds of animals. Animals deserve all the love and kinds we can share.
