The Sandman Santa Rosa Sonoma, Ascend Hotel Collection is a great place for dogs, with a really nice vibe. While the eggs may need some work, the overall stay was great, and the gym is awesome with a Peloton. The motel has been upleveled, with spacious rooms and a lovely pool area, though it could use some more umbrelas and care. The breakfast is included, but some guests wish it was less processed and salty. The pictures are great marketing, but the rooms are not as updated as they appear. Guests love the clean, comfortable rooms, great pool and hot tub, and the dog-friendly amenities. The breakfast is simple but good, with great coffee, and the staff is friendly. While some guests had issues with booking, overall, the Sandman Santa Rosa Sonoma is a highly recommended, beachy, and relaxing stay.
