“Had a screw on the rear left tire. Drove straight to Big Brand Tire in Santa Rosa, Wade received us and acknowledged us within 30 seconds. Understood the issue. Made us popcorn, allowed us to enjoy the guest area (with even a couch), fixed it within 35 minutes, reset the TPMS, and when I got the receipt, it was 0 dollars. Maria was great also. Definitely will come back, when I need new tires. Phenomenal service.”

“I was looking for a mobile mechanic to do a used car inspection for me as I was buying out of state, I called around to a couple with no answer from any and Dave called me back within 5 minutes and put me on his schedule. I work at a dealership and am quite mechanical so I am aware of any bs someone could make up about a car and can confirm he knows what he is talking about, he was extremely straight forward, and extremely detailed with everything. He explained everything on the phone in detail with what he found, his personal thoughts on the car, and also sent a ton of photos of all around the car and under. Long story short I flew out to buy the car and drove it home 15 hours with no problems and instantly noticed the minor details he had told me about over the phone in detail and he was spot on. I highly recommend Dave.”

Competitive prices as well. My vehicle is in middle of title transfer & I couldnt go to the Smog Referee Program & after replacing many Sensors, Parts & finally some Diagnostics revealed I needed much work to make it able to Pass a Smog Test.

“I went in to have a clunking noise when shifting my automatic x'mission from drive to reverse or neutral to drive vise versa,they diagnose the problem as a bad u joints,I was told the transmission pan is leaking thus they recommended a transmission service as well as an engine tune up by which includes tune up diagnostics.i gave approval to all their recommendations by which it cost 2,300.dollars.they informed me all parts including the transmission fluid were all from NAPA auto parts store thus all OEM( original factory parts).I drove the 1973 dodge van only a few miles later,the transmission clunking noise never got fixed and the reverse gear went out.they are supposedly transmission specialist,they should had found evidence of metal wear in the pan when they did a transmission fluid change but they didnt,didn't, they are so insistent in doing an engine tune up when I didn't even requested one.
I think this is the whats going on:santa rosa transmission does not rebuild transmissions,they outsource the job,the whole time I went to check the status of my van,they were constantly shipping out big crates,the only in-house maintenance that they do is not even related to transmissions.just my opinion based on what I saw.”

I can see why these guys are busy, because they know how to run a business that is both satisfying for the customer, and at the same time make the customer feel like they're getting a great value. Other glass replacement estimates were far higher than D.A.G. I was actually happy to hand over my money because I know great service when I see it. My car was 2 months old, only 1,300 miles and the chip I got on my windshield really was going to piss me off. I couldn't be happier going anywhere else to get it replaced. Thanks Samier, you ROCK !!”

I was a service advisor for a few decades and know the in's and out's of the business pretty well. When I left that business I was looking for a good sound place for tires and they blew me away. I travel by RV and car quite often and with their large nationwide network it gives me the ease of mind that with the tire protection plan, (cheap insurance I HIGHLY recommend) I don't have that stress and can enjoy the road ahead..
