The workers are always rude and snobby ): I try to avoid coming to this location despite it being the closest ups near me. I dread coming in when I absolutely have to for international packages

Only good thing about this establishment is the ample parking and it’s next to Raley’s. Just horrible service. Employee admitted she didn’t know what she was doing, couldn’t help us with packing luggage to send, and offering suggestions. Then gave a wildly laughable estimate based on rudimentary measurements. We will find other options but what a waste of time.

Walked in and I greeted one of the workers because the other one was busy and got zerooooo response. I waited for the next worker and was asked if I needed help and I said yes that I needed help figuring out what boxes I would need for my shipment. And AGAIN zerrrroooo response or help. Figured out on my own. It was easy getting my label and paying so that's a plus.

The staff are amazing and always go above and beyond. They’re always kind & courteous. I have never not been greeted by a smile and they always go the extra mile in all that they do.

Customer service has always been great here. Waited in line for about 15 minutes during peak hours, which was expected. Parking out front is easy to find .
