The UPS Store in Santa Rosa offers expert packing, shipping, printing, and mailbox services, along with notary, shredding, and faxing. The staff are amazing, always kind and courteous, going above and beyond with superb customer service. They are helpful and thoughtful, providing great service even during busy peak hours. Parking out front is easy to find. This locally owned store is a go-to for reducing stress and handling needs perfectly.
Easy access, the best staff I’ve ever worked with, so helpful.

Lady with glasses was really nice and fast for amazon return. I didn't have much money left on me (she didn't know) and she cut me a deal for boxes and printing :). I wish I took the steps to make it easier for her.

It is a pleasure to do business with the UPS store on Fulton Road in Santa Rosa, California. The staff are very friendly and makes you feel welcome when you walk into the store. They have become like family to me, especially Mita. I am happy to do this review for them.
