It is a pleasure to do business with the UPS store on Fulton Road in Santa Rosa, California. The staff are very friendly and makes you feel welcome when you walk into the store. They have become like family to me, especially Mita. I am happy to do this review for them.

Mita and trainee Aylyn are wonderful people, and service was great. We were greeted in a professional but warm manner and they were very helpful with our returns and getting a package sent out. The staff are amazing and always go above and beyond. They’re always kind & courteous. I have never not been greeted by a smile and they always go the extra mile in all that they do.
