I opened an account with all the correct documents. I was told e erything was in order.when I tried to use my ard it wouldn't work. They said I had to have my address verified, even though they sent my card and letters to me. I went back to the bank I bought documents from ssi and they said that would work. Two days later the back office said those papers would not work,after they told me it was unblocked the same morning now I have to wait 30 days for them to shut the account down and another 10 days to get a cashier check. .what a joke the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I got different misleading answer every time I called.I would never suggest using usbank to. Y worst enemy. It all seems unethical and set up for the bank scamming peoples money, and does everyone you talk to dance around the issue. I felt like they really could care less. And they dont

Difficult person opening my account. Under staffed. 1/2/24 Logged on to my US Bank account and cannot find out what the title of the account is or the rate. Poor information on the website.

Wow only branch in Santa Rosa. Why can't you be open on Saturdays. Have had nothing but problems here. I guess the last good branch is Rp. Thank goodness that branch is Ran by Kelly an all star. Take a lesson as a company and lead like her branch. Wonder why you lost my business accounts and many others. Thanks Kelly for having your branch open.

I completed this bank account and completed signing up both online and in the branch everything went smooth. I paid my deposit and then I'm trying to open up my mobile online banking using cell phones and I get flagged and they put a 24 hour hold on my account after that they were cut considering closing it I'm like why I haven't done anything wrong. I haven't even made a transaction yet. No we're going to close it. He didn't even give me a reason to top it off. I had to go across town to the branch just to be able to ask him the questions, because nobody could give me a straight answer whether or not my account was going to be closed or not it went over the fraud department to a back department that superseded the front department who made me go back to the branch for ID verification I was born and raised in America in this town this bank has been insulting degrading and I don't deserve this

I partner with this bank for work and consistently receive poor service. I have been ignored and been made to wait 30 minutes for an available teller with only two other customers in the lobby. One time, I was even told I was not able to have a cashier's check made despite having funds available.

US Bank in Santa Rosa is pointless. It is the only remaining branch in the city, and its management seems to go out of its way to avoid providing customer service. They are frequently closed, and demand a pre-scheduled appointment for service. Meanwhile, appointment availability is extremely limited online, and nobody bothers to answer the phone when I call. When I've arrived without an appointment, I've been asked to leave until I have one. When I've arrived WITH an appointment, I've been assured that I DO NOT have an appointment (in spite of the fact that I've received confirmations via text and email) and--again--asked to leave.Fortunately, I travel between Santa Rosa and San Francisco frequently, and am able to access services at other branches, where I always receive prompt, friendly, and courteous service. If the Santa Rosa branch were my only option, I would close my accounts immediately.

The worst. The worst. The worst.ATM is broken 1/2 the time.Online app is down 1/4 of the time.There is a line out the door all of the time because they don’t have enough branches, tellers, or infrastructure to handle anything.And what’s worse, they don’t care.Any positive reviews are bots they’ve hired which should not be legal. The worst!!

I've been banking with US Bank for both my personal and business banking since around 2009. I've been very happy with the services and especially like the online and mobile banking. The staff have always been friendly and helpful with my complex banking needs. My only complaint is I wish they had not closed so many locations. The reason I chose US Bank in the first place was that had so many locations, so when I traveled for work - whether it was the two cities my business was located in or going back to St. Louis to visit family - I could easily go to a branch or ATM when needed. It was especially convenient to have branches/ATMs in the Safeway stores. Luckily the one branch remaining in Santa Rosa is right near my house, but it's not as convenient as it used to be.

This is the worst branch of the worst banking institution in the county of Sonoma. The manage “Celina” is the least professional branch manager I’ve ever had the misfortune to try and speak to as a business person. It’s as if a Dominos Pizza is missing an entry level phone order person. Light on answers, long on excuses. I’ll be pulling my business and going somewhere that understands business.

Update to my review. The branch manager, Cecilia, or however it's spelled, treated me with the worst attitude, every single time, I'd walk in and see her, I'd dread her calling to assist me. She is very rude and disrespectful, racist, discriminatory towards those that have body ink and bring in a lot of income. I look different, make good money as a property owner and opened my account in Paradise with Liz, who was phenomenal. After a week of posting on Google, I received a letter from US Bank stating that my account would be closed for no apparent reason. I called the number provided to me on the notice and they all gave me the runaround and stated it was due to a deposit disclosure. I read through the disclosures and there was nothing at all indicating as to what I did wrong. I had to open an account when I moved out here to provide proof of funds, I later requested my money in a cashier check form when I decided not to buy a home and cashed the us bank cashier check. I was given the 3rd degree about how much money it was and that they weren't allowed to tell me when they could cash and that it would cause red flags etc. Cecelia had something to do with this and the red flags are towards this branch and discrimination against their clients. I smell a class action lawsuit here at this specific location, coming really soon. I see a lot of people have had issues here, take your money elsewhere, don't allow anyone to treat you with disrespect or with a biased approach. Fight for your rights. Santa Rosa, I'm in complete and utter shock, I asked Cecilia the heavy set woman that always has an attitude if she treated every business owner like this?

I've been banking with US for 10 years. They only have 1 branch in Santa Rosa now and they close without explanation.All of a sudden there's a sign that say Closed for Emergency. No re-open date or info posted. I call the 800 number and they have no information on why it's closed or when it will re-open.I'm forced...by US Bank rules...to have to actually go into the bank to deposit funds and I can't even do that because the ONLY branch in my city is randomly closed.Yes I could go to surrounding cities but when you work FT and the banks close at 5/6 I can't make it to another city! I shouldn't have to.I will be closing my accounts. They just lost a 10 year customer due to their poor customer service and lack of communication.

10 years making monthly mortgage payments on time. I was late with the April 2022 payment since we were out of the country. US Bank phoned upon our return saying we were one day late with the payment. I immediately responded that the payment would be deposited in the Montgomery Village branch that afternoon. I not only made the April payment but May payment as well. I was told with the information the late payment charge would be reversed. 3 phone calls later to ?CUSTOMER SERVICE?? they also explained the charge would be removed. I made the June payment on May 25 using teller # 5 and included a separate check for $106.31 late charge. She again took down all the information and said I will receive a call from the CURRENT MANAGER? when he or she returns to the office. It is now May 27 with no manager call. Not only short staffed, not only have the managers been replaced but customer service is non existent.
