Difficult person opening my account. Under staffed. 1/2/24 Logged on to my US Bank account and cannot find out what the title of the account is or the rate. Poor information on the website.

I partner with this bank for work and consistently receive poor service. I have been ignored and been made to wait 30 minutes for an available teller with only two other customers in the lobby. One time, I was even told I was not able to have a cashier's check made despite having funds available.

Wanted to use the ATM. No. It was out of order. As a Unionbank customer, this isn’t a good first impression of the new ownership.
