I'm sure you get the point. But pictures are worth a thousand words. Take a look at the pictures I took.
As you can see, I took pictures of crevices and places where most detailing service providers don't clean properly. In this case, Kiko and his Service company proved they are the best I have ever seen to detail my car.
The pictures show the quality of the work. I wish I could also show in pictures the quality of the person. Kiko communicated well, set expectations, clearly had a customer service mindedness about him, and was a real professional. As a result, I don't plan to go anywhere else except back to his company to get my cars detailed in the future.

“The service writer Greg was super friendly and helpful. Process of dropping my car off and picking it up was super smooth and they provided a free uber for me. When I picked my car up the technicians had left trash in my car, left some tools in the passenger footwell and broken some of the plastic trim. Some of the window regulators in my car are faulty and my sunroof sticks open so I asked them to not roll down the windows but when I picked up the car the window was down.”

“Marco and Jose are an exceptional team. I was browsing ONLY! Jim Bone Kia had the trim and color I wanted in a Niro. Using their website, I asked how much for my trade. Marco followed up. Offered more than double for it and sealed my fate. Working with him and Jose to get my Niro financed and ready to sign and drive was super easy. They knew I was traveling to get the car. (Even though there is a Kia dealership in my small town). They worked to answer every question and concern. When I showed up they were ready. Marco helped me transfer my things between cars and took off my personalized plates. I was out of there quickly. A few days later I called with another question. Marco found the answer very quickly and made sure I was still satisfied with my purchase. I absolutely am!!
