Went to the store this morning because my new phone wasn’t taking a charge. Needed a new power cord. In the meantime the person helping me adjusted something on my account without letting me know. Resulted in another trip after a text that we had added something that we hadn’t. I’m really disappointed and dissatisfied with the whole experience. I was just there to get my phone to charge.

I went to the Coddingtown Mall with my girlfriend today. We usually go shopping together on the weekends. We went to the mall to do our regular shopping and possibly purchase new phones. Mainly just get an idea of cost and see what was on sale. I always hate when I have to get a new phone transferring the old one to the new one stresses me out. However, today I went to the Verizon store and had a completely different experience. I met a sales representative named Shawn and he made us feel welcomed right as we came in the store. What I liked was he didn't try to push stuff down our throats like most cell phone stores. He took the time to ask what we wanted and laid out what would be the most cost effective and benefical for us based on that I use my cell phone for work and my girlfriend doesn't. Throught the time working with him multiple other reps came up and interacted with us which was extremely nice of them. They were all very friendly, knowledagble and seemed to work together as a team. If you are in the market to buy a new cell phone and want to be treated well I would recommend going to the Verizon store at Coddingtown Mall and ask to speak to Shawn who I believe was the manager or sales representative. Everyone at that store was so friendly and made us feel like we were welcomed. We ended up both getting new I phones and switching from T-Mobile to Verizon. The team there was funny and made the whole process enjoyable so I didn't feel the usual stress and anxiety of switching my phone.

Roberto went above and beyond helping me with everything I was at Verizon for - retrieving information from my old phone, helping me choose a new phone and new plan, updating my account, and getting an internet power adapter. I left with so much more accomplished than I expected or planned to.

DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THESE REPS SAY
I bought a new iphone from this location and the representative lied about every single warranty program in order to get me to buy the phone, the insurance, the screen protector, the case, and the camera protector. When the screen protector that was $70 that was supposed to never break broke after only three months of light use I went into the store and it wasn't covered at all. When the camera cover broke, it wasn't covered either. When the device itself had major technological malfunctions it turns out the insurance that I have been paying for this whole time doesn't cover it. I was sold this device and all accessories with the promise of full coverage, if anything happened to any of them I was told I could come in and it would be replaced free of charge and hassle. Of course that rep is said not to work there anymore and there is never a manager on shift.

Breanna helped me out at the coddingtown location and she was so nice and professional. I was there for about 2 hours but it didn't even seem that long. Our conversations just flowed and I walked out with my new galaxy 24 and a smart watch.

Initially, I thought my new promotional offer with $800 rebate worked very well from this store. However, almost 6 months later, I'm still dealing with billing issues because this store made multiple mistakes. They told me I didn't need to upgrade my plan (false, you do); they took my trade-in phone but recorded it incorrectly which nullified the promotion. They told me it might take a couple billing cycles to reflect the new promotion (false, this just kept me from jumping on this sooner). Now, after monthly calls to Verizon, someone finally figured out the mistakes and are refunding 6 months of credit and honored the promotion. This place really screwed me.

Upgraded my phone there and IOS had a software upgrade glitch that caused a lot of difficulty. Employee Matt was diligent for a few hours working through it patiently. I enjoyed the whole staff and would recommend their location for anyone needing Verizon service.
