We had an appointment and walked right in to the store and someone was waiting for us. All questions answered quickly and thoroughly. Salesperson was just very knowledgeable and friendly.

The gal at Verizon was overall friendly and somewhat knowledgeable except she sold me a charger and cord that I didn't need (app. $85 total). I love the new phone but now I have to go back to Verizon to return the items.
