Customer service honestly is horrible. Asked us to come in the following day because they were almost closed (we didn't have to we were being nice). When we returned they told us the plan I wanted no longer exists and I had to get a more expensive plan and not get as much money for my phone too.

I was able to buy myself a new phone after having hand me downs my whole life with no problems and a great experience. Tony was very thorough, super nice, and an overall funny guy!
