“I just moved in a few days, so can't say that this is a 100% accurate review, but from stepping into the leasing office to current, my experience here has been awesome! I walked into the leasing office with no appointment, and Stephen was very friendly and was able to provide a tour of 2 apartments right away. He responds in a very timely fashion, and will make you feel right at home and help out with getting your application filled out and approved. The units are very clean, modern and have a great feel to them. Mitch is also incredibly nice and great to work with. On move in day, my garage door opener wasn't working, so Stephen had Jose from maintenance work on fixing it, and Jose was also very nice and quick to resolve the issue. The clubhouse has a lot of great space for people to work out of. The only downside is not having an elevator, but it doesn't hurt to exercise :) If you're looking into living here, you'll have a great experience with Stephen and Mitch!”

“Came out from the Midwest in short order. The ladies, at Jefferson at Carmel were outstanding to say the least. The support staff and Jose and Tina and Shelby were always helpful and sweet and couldn’t say enough positive things. If you’re at the office or see Debbie or Shelby or Tina please give them a hard time for me. Very very very sweet group and a wonderful community to live in.”
“When recently looking for a new apartment I stumbled upon Sunset View. I called the office and spoke with Brianna Coleman. Brianna has been super pleasant and helpful through the whole process from my inquiry to my move-in. She has done everything to ensure that my apartment was top notch before I moved in. There was one small thing that needed to be fixed and when I emailed Brianna she promptly got this fixed for me. I cannot be happier with my new home. It's beautiful and spacious. This place is a hidden gem. I am surrounded by beautiful views.”

“My wife and I have lived here for just over 2 years. Generally speaking, we've enjoyed it. The office staff is pleasant and helpful. And the maintenance people are timely and efficient. No one's perfect...which is why the 4 star rating. We like it enough though, that we just signed a lease for another year.”
“Very affordable and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. Quiet and small complex, easy to recognize most residents. Property manager responds readily to any potential problems I've experienced throughout my time here. Extremely close walking distance to most needs; groceries, hardware stores, dog park, post office, additional shopping.”

Due to our horrible situation from previous property manager and our urgent need to find a safe and healthy environment we were literally stranded in a motel.Before you look anywhere else for a top of the line housing community call El Dorado Hills Apartment Homes!CLEAN, NEWER HOMES WITH NO DAMPNESS OR MOLD!The courtyards are so fragrant and serene - I felt like I was in heaven!Dog park with washing station was a huge plus too?.We feel like family already!We are so happy to be out of the uninhabitable condition where we were living.”

“When we were looking for an apartment, Bobbie was so patient and helpful. She followed up and answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. She made the daunting process of finding a place to live very easy. Upon move-in, both her and Jessica have been nothing but professional. Everything is taken care of in a timely manner and we feel our voices are heard. This is what we look for when renting a place. The apartment itself is large, clean, comes with parking, safe and has a pool!”

“Here at Evening Creek Condominiums we are more than a community we are family The community director and Evening Creek Team put on community events my self and family absolutely love there are so many amenities to enjoy as well as everyone is very friendly and kind. I personally could not ask for a better place to live.I have an enormous amount of gratitude even words can’t suffice.”
“Second time living here and the management has improved significantly since 2018 (previous management was very passive and permissive of everything ), moved back in in 2022. Very responsive maintenance requests and a manager who actually trys to make sure everything is handled promptly and effectively. The amount of plants on the property is amazing and beautiful. The owner really enjoys plants so that's a big win for us. Rent is just as expensive as the rest of San Diego so hard to be happy about that but there's no winning on that front. Centrally located is also a big plus.”
“My home services are always fast and efficient and makes me feel as an important tenant. I love that the apartments are spacious enough to accommodate. There are so many green areas in the complex and the amenities are great, laundry rooms and grills set in different areas for more convenience.”
