I have severe fatigue. I wanted to make a deposit and get a replacement debit card. There were 10 people in line continually for the 30 min. I was there. Plus I had to make an appointment and come back for the replacement card. The people were nice. Obviously BOA could careless about customer service. Its sickening!

I've been doing business for 35 years, never had a bank put 7 day holds on all deposits!! I personally got a loan, casiers check from my personal bank and yes 7 day hold. Dont do it, not business friendly! Us bank first 3 deposits and no hold ever! What a joke B of A has become.
