“WOW, this place is terrific. The entire staff is so friendly and so helpful. However, Jesus, who works here, is an absolute GEM. My mother and I went in to discuss loan options, and Jesus was patient and explained everything we needed to know. Their kindness and excellent communication skills, including their ability to speak Spanish, not only made us feel truly supported by Navy Federal but also significantly reduced our stress levels during this time. “Actually these five stars go to the staff at this Santee, CA, branch. Especially Kendrick. On several occasions he has serviced our needs for various transactions. He is pleasant and thorough in handling our needs. Navy Federal is truly the place to bank for any savings and CD accounts. They offer a fantastic return for our money. Our only complaint with the bank is that they handle most things through a third party which tends to lag. We just got so spoiled with our previous bank that everything was same day (bill payments and Zelle) Not so here. Like I said the staff is the best!!! Thank you Kendrick for your great service!”

“This is my local bank. I've been here for many years. Not this location but mission Federal credit Union in general. I've always had good experiences here. I was with Chase and I got my card hacked. I was with Bank of America and I got my card hacked. Both of those happened right around Christmas within the first year of me being there. It has never happened with mission Federal credit union. I recommend highly.”

“I came in as a walk in for my first ever visit to this location, and I can genuinely say my experience was above and beyond what I expected. The office wasn’t overly busy, so I was able to get help almost immediately. As soon as I walked in, I approached Marc Macalindo (one of the bankers) with a question regarding a fraud situation that had occurred with my debit card. Marc could have easily directed me to the front desk to wait for someone else to assist me, but instead, he took the initiative himself. He invited me into his office, sat down with me, and personally helped me work through the situation from start to finish. What impressed me most was that Marc didn’t just focus on resolving the immediate issue. He took the time to understand what had happened and helped me upgrade my account in a way that could better protect me and reduce the chances of something similar happening again. That extra level of attention and thoughtfulness really stood out to me. Marc was extremely personable, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel surprisingly easy and comfortable. The entire process was smooth, I never felt rushed or brushed off, and somehow I still felt like I was in and out in no time. Experiences like this are exactly what make you want to continue doing business at a particular location/bank.
