The bank is not open for customers hours. They do not care about customers that only have access to banks on the weekend because of their jobs. Bank of America They don't give a rat a** about their customer. They don't care about the customers they only care about the fees they charge and don't give the customers the time to go to the bank.

I have called several times today and no one answers because of "helping customers." My mother is the customer and I have none of her information to schedule an appointment online. We need a notary appointment asap! It would be helpful for it to give the option to leave a message or a call back number.

I used to believe Bank of American in Chinatown in Las Vegas was the worst and seems like I was wrong. I had to go to this location to pickup the foreign currency I ordered online. TBH I didn't wanna go there because their service is so slow and terrible but there was $14 for handling and shipping fees so decided to go there. BIG MISTAKE. The wait was so long and like 30 people were waiting when there were only 2 employees working then their supervisor was just killing her time back there without helping us. But she shamelessly came to us only when she wanted upsell something and as soon as she found out that we were not interested, she disappeared. Seriously I should have paid $14 shipping then I wouldn't have wasted my time at the bank. BTW their security guard(young white dude) was so useless. When I tried to walk in with the baby stroller, he was checking his cellphone and didn't try to hold the door for me. Thank you for doing nothing, guys :[

Bank of America is only good if you use all of their technology. You are just a number at Bank of America, not a person, employees there are nice, it is not their fault. It is the Bank of America policies that prevent their employees from having any authority to help you very much. They basically take your information for loans and credit cards but have no say if you are approved. They have cut their banking hours, reduced their staffing, and basically can't help you much unless you call their customer service number. You will always be on hold. Don't believe me, try it for yourself and learn. I closed most of my accounts and now use California Bank and Trust. They have less technology but better banking relationships and can actually do things to help you. Bank of America will always say, "We value your business...." but actions speak louder than words. Talk is cheap, and the responses are pretty copy and paste.

I was fortunate enough to receive an appointment withTY PHAM.She is the most knowledgeable and helpful person that I have experienced in a very long time. Ty listened very intently with my issue, then took ownership of it, and was able to come to a solution twice or three times better than I ever thought was possible. I left the branch a much happier customer, and had my positive feelings toward Bank of America renewed 100%.I hope the Management is able to recognize Ty for an excellent job well done!Thank you Ty - I will be banking at this branch moving forward.

The hours are awful. Most people work 9-5 and try rushing to the bank before it close…The bank now closes at 4 pm and not open on weekends. How are working people supposed to take care of their banking needs. I mean really, Open a couple of hours on Saturday is better than none. What’s going on B of A???

Went to the bank today, Jan 7th 2022, and they had one teller-the merchant teller was helping the manager. The line stretched from one side of the bank to the other-about 15 people. Long wait-totally ridiculous!

I would like to commend relationship banker Maryam Naoomi for going out of her way in helping us get the bank certification. The local branch could not issue such certificate as they are not authorized and has no capability to do so. It's only possible for the client to request it over the phone. But it was so difficult dealing with the people at the legal department and different persons seemed to treat and handle it differently. I tried to do it several times on different days and times but mostly given a hard time, they seemed just intent not to give the certificate despite the legitimate reason provided. When I could not get it from the local branch, Maryam did a further research unbeknownst to me in the next few days intending to help us actually get the certificate. She was able to do the request through their system online chat with the legal department but she experienced the same difficulty I had, despite the fact that she is an officer of the bank, that we (the client) were personally in front of her and that she's looking at the documents we brought to prove the legitimacy of the request. The person at the legal department just won't listen to the reasoning and he just kept going in circles. Maryam did all her best and very patiently explained the situation to him to no avail. The guy abruptly and rudely ended the chat. Maryam did not stop there despite spending a long time already and even sacrificing her lunch break, but instead she contacted the legal department again. The last person she chat with (I think his name is Jack) was easy to deal with and he issued the certificate in no time. So I highly commend Maryam Naoomi for giving us an excellent and extraordinary client service, and Jack from the legal department who was very reasonable and easy to deal with.

Not sure how accurate the negative reviews are about. I came here 30mins before they closed (it was a walk-in) and MARTIN is amazing! He is really friendly, has a big smile and is honestly really helpful. Thank you Martin, see you next time

Been in line to pull money out of an account that is more than the atm will allow.... For over an hour. There was 8 ppl in front of me when I got here and now there is 6 people. This is crazy and they close in 1 hour at this rate I might have to come back tomorrow! I've been with Wells Fargo for 15 years and have never had this issue! There is only 2 tellers and I understand being short handed but there is 4 bankers behind desks and only 1 is helping someone.... The rest are seemingly doing nothing but getting up for bathroom breaks. Can't they help?

There was a lady at the desk area with dyed blond hair in a ponytail maybe mid to late 30's. I lost my purse with all my personal cards I came in to see how I would go about getting a replacement and I didn't have proper documentation, she was very dismissive to my questions and gave me attitude for n o reason then said she could pull out 200dls from my account but that was it. And I understand that's the protocol and don't have anything against it. What I don't understand is her dismissive aggressive attitude. Bank of America just gave me great reason to switch banks.

The worst customer service ever. I have been a Bank of America customer for 6 years now. I took my dad this saturday (May 29th, 2021) to open a checking account for him. We arrived 15 mins before the bank closed. After being waiting for 20 mins and being told that a bank representative is going to help us, this employee came to us and asked my dad if he used to have an account with BofA before and I translated to my dad(he doesn't speak english), I answered yes. This employee said:"let see what we can do because we are already closed". I told her "we arrived here 15 mins before the bank closed and we have been waiting here for 20 mins, so I don't understand the reason of your comment", she didn't say nothing. After being translating to my dad for 2 mins she said "if your dad doesn't speak english we cannot open an account for him because he has to understand everything that I said" and I told her that I'm going to be my dad's interpreter and she said no. Ohhhh my gosh the discrimination at this branch is huge. I asked her if there is any employee who speaks spanish at this branch and she said no. My dad and I felt so bad and angry with this bank representative. We just left this branch and went away. It's unbelievable that this kind of people are working with customers. This employee should be fired.
