I arrive the Bank of America 30 minutes before their close I needed to request copies of my last 6 months statements, they helped me quickly very good customer service they printed them and I take off in 20 minutes awesome.

I have had a great experience several times recently with this bank. I did not have to wait long. They had a teller at a low window so people in wheelchairs or who cannot stand for long can be helped easily. They were friendly. I would recommend this bank.
