βSadly, my new car was damaged in a collision. After checking with
reliable sources, I chose Phil Thearle's Autowerks to do the repair. PT Autowerks, came highly recommended and is certified by manufacturers like BMW and Mercedes-Benz, using only OEM parts to do the work and is contracted exclusively by many San Diego area auto dealerships for their collision repair work. PT Autowerks, interacted directly with my insurance company and the repair was completed on time with no problems. Their customer service was exemplary and the quality of their work was outstanding. My car looked (and ran) as though fresh from the showroom. I would recommend PT Autowerks without reservation for collision repair.β

βNot only did they give great advise and help me figure out my options for my RV. But they had great pricing and even went above and beyond to deliver them to my rig and stuck around to help install them into my battery tray.

βWent here Friday for my gauge repair. They took my keys and told me it would be be ready a little after 12pm. A little after 12 they called and said its ready. They even found out someone worked on my gauges before. The shocker i have had a piece of my dash thats been broken for 6 years. I just noticed today they took it and glued it back into place. It's the little things that count. They are the truth and very above and beyond when it comes to serviceβ
βI initially called Hil, the owner, of Showstopper Auto Detail Superstore because I needed to pick something up for our organization but he was super helpful and so knowledgeable about all things detailing cars. They have been in business since the mid 1980βs and his fatherβs passion for cars trickled down to him. They manufacture their own car washes, coat protectants, interior cleaners and more right next door to deliver a superior product. I bought a few items to maintain and protect my husbandβs sports car after Hil explained each productsβ purpose. He explained how to best use their products and was happy to answer any questions. He also has de-ionized water there for sale too to prevent water streaks and spots. Great local business in Santee! Iβll be back!β
βI just started restoring a 1965 Mustang that had been sitting for about 20 years. I did some research and found Autoworks and got to speak with the owner Matt. From day one Matt took the time to help me figure out exactly what I needed to get the car back on the road. They even went as far as to help me come up with a plan to upgrade certain items like power steering components and not waste money on fixing what I had in hand. With their help it took me 6 weeks and the car is on the road. Their year of experience was the key in getting this car running and driving without spending money on parts I didn't need. I will be doing more business with them in the future.β
βI was extremely happy with our experience at Santee Collision Center! We had to take our vehicle in for repairs through insurance and this body shop made the process so easy. I was able to have them assess, quote and fix my car all within a week!! Candice was helpful through the process and is such a great personality to have at front desk! Our technician, Erick, was thorough in walking us through the repairs done when we picked our car up. I have no clue what to look at the car, my boyfriend however does, so it was nice to have someone level with both of us. Hopefully I will not need repairs for a while but if I do, Santee Collision Center will be where we go!!β
βThey installed a new rear bumper at a cost of $700. I received a quote of $2,100 from another shop in Santee. My car looks great, as the day it was purchase. Mark gave me a quote and completed the work in 2 days as promised. (The new bumper required painting.)β

βGreat shop and owner. Worked on my Yamaha 450 quad and found the stubborn problem with my bike and got it running great. Could have charged me more for all the work but found multiple ways to save me money. Most shops wonβt do that . Will only use him for all my future work.β
βAs I was reaching the Mexicali border crossing on Friday last week, I noticed something wrong with the Starlink panel installed flat on top of my van's A/C by Agile Offroad in January 2023. Since I need reliable and permanent Internet connection to work while travelling, I was faced with the prospect of canceling my Baja California Mex travel plans. A bummer since I had just completed the long drive from the San Francisco Bay Area. My only choice was to drive to Santee CA and wait until Monday for an onsite fix. I texted John Brindle (AO's co-owner and CEO) about the situation. To my surprise John texted back that he was coming to the shop on Saturday to work on his own van and he would take a look at my antenna housing. We met at the shop at 10 AM on Saturday. John started replacing the damaged Starlink antenna housing. He called Brendon (?) the fabricator of the antenna housing who came to the shop (a 45' drive from his home) to install the new Starlink antenna connector to my old antenna. By 11:30 AM on Saturday the problem was fixed, and I was able to return to the Mexicali border crossing with a fully functional Starlink connection. Talk about five stars customer service!β
βI came in here still needing my air filters after my bad visit in Woodside location. I walked in here and was immediately greeted by Alfred, his badge listed him as a commercial driver, but I told him what I was looking for, he asked all the same question I was asked at woodside only more politely, and when the question came up about when my truck was manufactured and I told him I wasnβt sure he helped me figure it out! Alfred was super polite and helpful and Iβm glad I walked in here today. Side note, as he was helping me he still took the time to greet others walking in and letting ppl know heβd be right there to assist shortly. Great guy, will definitely come here when I need something in the future.β

βNobody beats loose Cannon! They know what they are doing and do the BEST job! I took my Lotus Elise to the supposedly top auto body places and nobody would touch my car. These guys took one look and said yes! They went the extra mile with everything and were so easy to work with! They even recommended painting my rims and they gave me back a very different car then I gave them! I wouldn't go anywhere else!β

βI had a sudden and unexpected emergency with my coolant, and Kevin was able to assist me in testing the radiator with water and looking for leaks. We did not see any initially, but soon after leaving the shop, leaks began to show themselves.
Kevin was incredibly helpful and provided this small service for free. At least now I know what is going on.

Very knowledgeable and you won't find a more honest guy in town. He recently added performance Polaris Racing engines yo his line up, completely redesigned for power and durability, using innovative ideas to solve some of the Polaris engines long standing issues. Stop by you won't be disappointed.β
βJust dropped off my injectors to get cleaned and already feel like I'm in good hands. I thought maybe a piece of my injector fell into my engine and in a panic, called them back and unfortunately ran Dave (the owner) through a knothole ensuring no such thing happened. He was totally patient, sent pictures of the injectors and everything to prove it. I really appreciate that!
