Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center is a popular destination for both donating and shopping. It is described as a great store to donate to, as it accepts a wide variety of items. For shoppers, it offers a very good selection with lots of variety, including books, jeans, dresses, furniture, costumes, and other items. Prices are generally viewed as very reasonable, and some great finds are available, though some items may cost more than other sources. Customer service experiences vary. Many staff members are noted as fast, efficient, friendly, polite, and super sweet, with the manager specifically praised as awesome for resolving issues. However, there are isolated reports of a staff member being a bit rude and an embarrassing incident where a customer was wrongly made to feel like a criminal over a damaged price tag. Overall, it is considered a good place with great customer service for finding nice items.

This is one of my favorite locations in San Diego. Great place for books, jeans and dresses. Around Halloweenthey always have a large selection of kids and adult costumes.
