Laughing Elephant Smoke Shop offers a great selection of products. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, answering all questions and providing honest info. They offer excellent customer service, going above and beyond to help find solutions, including helping customers pick out items and offering to assemble products on the spot. While there was an issue with a pack being short one item, this was later offset with a free pack. The shop is highly recommended, with many customers stating they will definitely be coming back.

Janet went above and beyond to help me find a solution for a broken water pipe slide. I really appreciate her ingenuity and excellent customer service. She made my day. I highly recommend this place! They have a great selection and Janet is so sweet.
