“I have bought a ten pack of brass pipe screens three different times and only got nine screens each time. The person I talked to about it didn't really care if I was shorted.
UPDATE: I bought another pack of screens after my first review and was given a free pack to offset the missing screens from before. I only needed three screens but the pack had eight.”
“i’ve been coming to this smoke shop for six months now, it’s my first choice where I know good products are always in stock and I can feel comfortable walking in every time with great customer service and feeling welcome. If you haven’t been here yet. I highly suggest it.”

“I apologize for not remembering the guys name but he was the purchasing director and he was so helpful and informative and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for and was very good with educating us on any questions we had. Always recommend this store!”
