“I purchased an Ortho mattress in June. Craig was very helpful and gave be a great price. I wasn't happy with the mattress I had chosen and wanted to exchange it within their 100 day window. The new one I found was slightly more expensive and I didn't want to invest anymore. However David went to bat for me and he got me an even exchange of my mattress. I am very pleased and appreciate the effort.”

“We had such a great experience working with Johnny Barrera at Tempur-Pedic at UTC! He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through all of the different mattress options and firmness levels. He encouraged us to really take our time laying on each one and helped us understand the differences without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. We both have specific sleep needs and back issues, and Johnny really listened to what we were looking for and helped us narrow down what would work best for us. He made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and comfortable. We really appreciated his patience, expertise, and genuine helpfulness. Highly recommend working with him.”

“TARA IS A JEWEL! It’s rare to find someone in sales who continues to provide excellent support after the purchase. Too often, once the sale is complete, customer service falls short. That was not the case with Tara at The Back Store in Poway. We were returning customers dealing with a costly purchase and a frustrating warranty claim. Once Tara stepped in and made her magic happen, everything changed. She turned the situation around with genuine care and outstanding follow-through. Her dedication restored our confidence and proved that old school sincere concern for customer satisfaction makes all the difference! Tara’s a bright shining star that stands out from all the rest. If her boss is reading this, Tara deserves a huge bonus!”
