I went ahead and did the air filter too since the picture definitely indicated it was time. “I have been taking my cars to John's since 2017. Every time I've been there, I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands.
Recently I took my 05 CR-V in for an inspection and I was extremely impressed by the customer service provided by Dave and Rick and also the quality of the work performed by Ulisess.
If you want to take your car to a place where you will be treated like family, then don't bother looking any further.
These guys are constantly busy and they have absolutely no motivation to rip you off when they already have so much business as it is. And for that reason, sometimes it might take a bit longer than you prefer to get your vehicle back... but I promise you it's worth it, because they're making sure to do a great job with every car that enters their shop.
These guys will NEVER try to upsale you on anything. They will ONLY tell you something needs to get done if it truly needs to get done. And if it doesn't need to get done any time soon, they'll tell you that it's safe to wait. Their inspection reports are thorough and honest.
I know I will continue to come to this shop for as long as I live in southern California.”

“Best price by far, very professional, my driver was Evan, he even called to let me know where he was and eta, I usually hear other tow companies complaining that my car is too low, not with Speedee towing, Evan was great, he was quick and considerate. What I liked the most was unlike other companies where they use 2x4s or pieces of wood to help lowered vehicles, they actually have the correct tools for the job. My least favorite thing is talking to the dispatcher due to pass experiences, I was located on the freeway, 8 west about to get the 805 freeway, other companies wouldve grilled me on my exact location and have an attitude acting like they were foriegners not knowing where the freeway is, but that was definitely not the case with Speedee, in one sentence, they knew exactly where I was. Me and my car group were looking for a reliable and consistent tow company for our project cars and I believe I have found them.”
“My CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on in my Infinity G35. Naturally, I researched it on You Tube thinking it was an easy fix but there were too many probabilities. After calling many shops, Ken’s Auto Center diagnosed the issue for free. I made an appt to fix my car & as promised, it was ready the next day. Everyone was so nice and helpful! I recommend Ken’s Auto Center for repairs. I don’t know anything about cars so I was a little concerned in the beginning but the mechanics there are great! “Our 2012 Jetta had pretty extensive front-end damage from hitting a pickup truck tow winch. We loved this car and it was a struggle whether to repair it or junk and find another vehicle.At the accident scene our AAA tow truck driver suggested USA Auto Body. At USA Auto Body I had a fairly long conversation with Jeremy, asking questions and was impressed with his depth of replies, and I was impressed with him. I know a fair amount about cars and feel like I can sense a scam or mistrust a mile away - I didn't have either of those senses with him. He set me a price and told me he wouldn't go over it, no matter what they found (he kept his word).We decided to repair it and to trust him & team with the work.It took longer than I would have liked but it was around the holidays, and the big rains, and the repairs took longer than anticipated, so I chocked it off to that.The finished car astounded me how good it looked - and he kept the price down by using almost all used parts. Looking from the front of the car now it looks nearly brand-new... it's my daughter's car and she's beyond excited about it (she's the one that banged 'her up). There was a fair amount of mechanical damage to supporting systems around the engine - Jeremy & his team fixed all of them! That's something to consider as most body shops will only repair, well, bodies. When he handed me the bill, he said "there's a LOT that was done that's not on this printout". I believed him.I highly recommend USA Auto Body and will bring my vehicles here if I ever need repairs. I've been telling others as well.Thank you Jeremy & Team!”

“My truck alternator was going and going. I was in my way to my mechanic at Elite Auto Repair when ol’ Myrtle went from going-going to just gone. I was stuck on the 52 East exit off of the I-5 south when my entire electrical system shut down. I was in the emergency lane with cars flying by me at 65 mph in a hurry to their own funeral, so I scooted myself into the passenger seat, put on the safety belt, and used my Allstate mobile app to get roadside assistance. Roadrunner was busy, but they made to me as soon as they could and provided quality service. He got me to my mechanic’s shop where I could safely address my truck’s needs.”
“Gabriel found us on the side of the road when he was driving past us on his way home. We had already waited 3 hours for AAA to send a tow truck and it was already 11pm at night. We were exhausted and frustrated at this point. Gabriel did not have to help us but he did. He was very professional and honest and followed through with everything he promised. I will be forever grateful for his help. Use this company if you ever need a tow and cancel your AAA if you have it because they are awful. If Gabriel didn't come we would have been there waiting until after midnight for a tow!”
