They do not answer the phone, lines are extremely long, bankers are too busy to help with anything. Been a Wells Fargo customer for 15+ years and their customer service has become ridiculous. This has to be one of the worst branches I have been to.

Don’t worry about making an appointment. They won’t be on time EVER and when they do they walk out from the back like you’re a big burden. Had appointment apparently with D.B. and after asking a teller twice one went to the back to check and FINALLY over 10 minutes late to the appointment (which we turned up on time for) she sauntered out and didn’t even acknowledge us or offer even a minor apology. I don’t understand why customer service is SO poor especially at this branch. How do they expect us to respect them if they can’t even make a simple appointment on-time? Isn’t that what they’re paid for? If you hate your job then CHANGE it. I’m sure Wells Fargo is no dream to work for but that’s no excuse to ever be late to a scheduled customer appointment.

Everyone who works here looks absolutely miserable. There is always a line to the door and only two tellers working. Every single time I come here. I need to just drive the extra distance to a faster, better WF.

Probably one of the worst banks ever. Carol and Debbie were the worst. All of the employees there were actually pretty terrible as well. Especially carol, she back tracked on a lot of her words and didn’t make sense. They don’t disclose charges and fees to you and will make it your problem when they don’t. Doesn’t help that her attitude and condescending tone was the biggest issue in helping us. Be careful going in here cause they won’t help you :)There was another guy in front of us having the same issue as well.

I don't recommend this location. There are people camped out by the ATM at all times. This has been an issue for years with no answer from Wells Fargo. Today I went to withdraw some cash and felt very uncomfortable so I decided to walk inside to do so. The door was locked and no one bothered to come and tell me that they had just closed. I left my phone in the car so I didn't know what time it was. I stood by the door for a few minutes confused thinking that they had locked the doors since there were homeless people camped outside. They acted like I wasn't there. I've been a customer for 20+ years and honestly felt disrespected that they didn't have the decency to come up to the door when I felt unsafe withdrawing cash at the ATM.

Thank you. I usually do my banking at about 10:30 AM weekdays because it's very rarely busy then. We opened our account in 1968 and began using this branch 9 years ago after moving into Santee. Most of the staff remember me and a couple call me by name. Even the Security Officer exhibits friendly professionalism. I feel very comfortable here. You will too.

The Manager and Teller who my dad and I talked to that day were pleasant and answered all questions and concerns we had to the best of their ability, they were patient and made sure we didn't fell rushed

Horrible customer service, long lines, and they don’t follow compliance. The teller gave me the wrong information about my credit card agreement without checking with a banker first.

I had a great experience at the Santee branch this morning. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, I was accommodated within minutes to open an account. Diego helped me with the particulars and was incredibly patient with the process. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism I was shown today, thank you so much.

I went in Saturday to conduct some business on an account, and was told they were only available by appointment. Seriously?! I called to make an appointment today, no one answered. Time to move on.

This establishment is the exact reason why I bank online. 10 bankers standing around. While 2 tellers are working with line out the door. What a joke.

Had an appointment today at 3pm. Walked out at 4:30 with nothing accomplished. All I needed was to open a trust account in the name of my deceased mother's living trust. Clearly it was asking to much from this bank. I left feeling very frustrated. I will take my business elsewhere!

This branch is seriously understaffed. Every time I come in, which is weekly, the line is at least 7 people deep with only 1-2 teller windows open. The last time I was in the branch on 8/31/22 there were no less than 15 -20 people waiting in line with only 2 tellers. The staff are always courteous and pleasant to work with, but the mismanagement and the understaffing makes the overall experience of being in this branch to conduct business an unpleasant one. Not to mention a waste of the customers time. Please hire more staff/tellers.
