They do not answer the phone, lines are extremely long, bankers are too busy to help with anything. Been a Wells Fargo customer for 15+ years and their customer service has become ridiculous. This has to be one of the worst branches I have been to.

The Manager and Teller who my dad and I talked to that day were pleasant and answered all questions and concerns we had to the best of their ability, they were patient and made sure we didn't fell rushed

Horrible customer service, long lines, and they don’t follow compliance. The teller gave me the wrong information about my credit card agreement without checking with a banker first.
