I don't think I've had an experience at any Kohls's store with any associate like I did with her. She went out of her way, through her kindness, to make me feel special. She'd be a reason I'd go back.”
“My daughter and I had a great shopping experience today. We found the sandals she was looking for and a great pair of sweatpants and a sweater top.
Brian helped us at check out and he was so nice.

“Great customer service! Bailey knows how to pick an outfit! Everyone is friendly and they help you but are not pushy ! If you want to just browse they let you be and if you ask for suggestions OMG they have so many for whatever event you are shopping for . The clothes are good quality and never had an issue”
“I don't like having to wait in line to check out for more than a couple minutes. There needs to be more employees cross trained on the register so when they get backed up then someone can leave their department for a few minutes to run a register until the line shortens. This store has even longer lines during Christmas season...
I used to find good deals on clearance items of things marked down. But now there isn't good sales, most the time the sale is only a dollar or two less than original price
I noticed clothing , mainly shirts, on the racks that are trash and should have never been put out for sale. The clothes were damaged to far to be worn with holes, stains, stretched out.
I do like the more products that are in the food isle Noe”

“The employees are great here. Very sweet and helpful. They gave great advice and are the sweetest. Caitlin the manager is great. All stores should treat customers the way they do. Had a misunderstanding with the membership but they explained everything and apologized for extra time I was there while resolving the issue. They are all wonderful. You can tell they get along great as a team!!!!”
