The perfect place if you are looking for a serene stroll. Such a tranquil experience. We also learned about the history of the estate & enjoyed music. Such a beautiful spot. I look forward to returning in spring when the flowers are all blooming!Restrooms: Clean restrooms with a handicap accessible stall.

Held an event here and was totally impressed with the staff support! Melia was responsive, thoughtful, anticipatory and generous with her time despite juggling a fully booked event calendar. Everything went smoothly despite being in the midst of a level 4 storm. Sadly our ability to book a future retreat will be limited by their availability—they are very popular for good reason!

We have membership for a year and have been to this garden a few times. It’s not big so you can finish the tour within an hour.I could give four stars for the landscaping itself, but I wish I could give negative stars to their staff, how they treat their visitors, especially children. They value their place more than their customers.

I visited Hakone and was blown away by its beauty! This gem is located in Saratoga, CA and offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There was a neat origami display with impressive works of shapes and animals. A memorable experience and I will definitely be returning!

The maintenance is getting worse and worse, and the fish pond has a concrete bottom... The lady at the reception is also mean. Won’t go there again….

Nice garden. It is large enough to have a walk. Good for making nice pictures.Restrooms: There is a restroom just near the entrance to the gardenDog-friendliness: I assume it is dig friendly - I saw people with digs purchasing tickets and the cashier did not mind.Picnic area: There is a small picnic area in the garden - enter the garden and go right after passing the restroom.

Extremely beautiful place, with one photo, you can express a million things about it. This garden is very nice and you can even see some fish in the waters.

Had the post-Japan-vacation-blues so I came back to this place again (my first being years ago). $12 is pretty steep for an adult entry for a poorly maintained garden. Fall leaves were everywhere and it just looked like a mess to be honest. The garden was not nicely manicured and and tidy like the gardens and parks in Japan. What a shame. Only good thing is you can get a decent selfie of yourself at the bamboo area without the crowds you see at Arashiyama Bamboo forest.
