“The customer service at FRB is incredible. Max, the branch manager is friendly and the team is always helpful and ready to go the extra mile. I had some foreign currency I wanted to deposit and they just took care of it no questions asked. When I was in New York during a downpour of rain, I dropped into the local FRB branch and they provided my family with freshly baked warm cookies and FRB branded umbrellas.
