Matt is a great trainer. He is so professional. After Initial assessment and identify trainee's objectives and goals. Training program will be customized to the specific person. Equipment's in the gyms are very accessible and Matt utilize those for specific training. I recommend people who needs personal training contact Matt. You will feel more energetic and stronger than before.

Hubby and I have had the pleasure of training with Matt for the last 3 months. Every session is a mix of weights, balance, cardio and core. Matt is an expert in Functional training and emphasizes stretching to make sure we don’t hurt ourselves. We have gone from dreading exercise to looking forward to it! The fine tuning and personalization really helps you safely push your limits and achieve more. We continue feeling stronger! Thank you Matt!

All these reviews are spot on! Krave Fitness will help you be a better you. Where else will you see 5-star ratings across the board?! I'll just repeat what others have said - so I won't try. Just read and make a decision to change your habits. Matt will help. Call him. Do what I did and start with 2x days a week for an hour and start feeling better about yourself. I do now. Been working with Matt for 2x/week for ~ 5 months. I'm 59yr, and on my 60th B-day in a few months I expect to feel younger, less achy, and stronger. Matt's best muscles are his ears, eyes, and mind. He listens, tailors, and guides. You can tell right away he knows what he's talking about. Movements are thought out. If you want to know he'll tell you the 'why's and theory' behind movements. For me he's tailored 2 groups of 3 exercises in a circuit training mode. Always adding core instability to activate those RUMs (rarely used muscles).

I have been taking personal fitness classes twice a week with Matt for about a month now. I have lost close to 10 pounds, gotten onto a much healthier eating lifestyle and regularly walk/run (4 times a week) when I am not training with Matt. I credit Matt for the above impact. As a trainer, he is very knowledgeable (both exercises and diet), tailors the workouts to my fitness level (safe but pushing me to the next level), gives constant encouragement and motivation and has a well equipped facility. My wife and I feel comfortable training with Matt and count him in our team in our fitness journey. As a person, he is personable and very understanding. He built a good rapport with me and my wife. I appreciate him being available on phone/text even after working hours to answer questions. He genuinely cares for my fitness goals and the challenges I face. I am glad I found Matt and look forward to continued progress towards my goals. Highly recommend Matt and Krave fitness gym!!

This review is long overdue. I had the great pleasure of working out with Matt many years ago. He is a superb personal trainer, but an even more quality human being. He will without a doubt help you achieve your fitness goals. He not only helped me lose over 70lbs by his dynamic training regimens, but I was able to do things physically that I never thought I could. It was an amazing journey. If it wasn't for me living in a new location I would be back training with him. Life can be so much more amazing when you have the energy to live it. I have done it all, from Crossfit to OrangeTheory to other trainers and although I did see some results NOTHING compares to the results I saw with Matt. Your body will absolutely change. If you've been putting off your health and want more energy and want to live a better life then reach out to Matt. It will be one of the best life changing phone calls you have ever made. GET AFTER IT!!

It has been an awesome experience with Kelly. Even with Covid she figured out a great way to continue over zoom - and for encouraging that she dropped off weights and gear at my home!!!

Krave Fitness is a great place! The studio is orderly and clean and the workouts are engaging and get you going. I've trained with Julia for the past 3 months twice a week and had an amazing experience. I came in relatively fit and with no injuries or weight loss goals; I'd been relying on boutique fitness classes and wanted to learn a gym routine to save money and be able to exercise on my own schedule. From my first session here, I've felt that my goals and needs have been focused on much more than anywhere else. I've had previous experiences with trainers who charged much more and relied on dozens of machines to provide what seemed like a one-size-fits-all workout. I contacted Matt regarding my goals (free weights/resistance only, learning lifts, building a foundation), got a quick response and could tell from my first session that I had picked the right place. After the past three months, I now feel comfortable with free weights and heavy lifts, but more importantly, I can now recognize what my body needs both in and out of the gym and how to fix my own bad habits and tendencies. Julia also did a great job working around a surgery I had in the middle of the summer that meant I couldn't work up a sweat for a couple weeks. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and highly recommend to anyone who wants fully customized and well-rounded training sessions.

When I first started here I didn't know how to meal prep, or never really was on a program. I got here and I got out in a fitness plan!! So lucky to have found this place!! If you haven't checked these already these guys are the best!

This place is awesome. I’m a D1 volleyball player and I felt right at home with Matt. His workouts include a little bit of everything- flexibility, agility, strengthing and endurance. He provides a welcoming and motivating environment. Id definitely recommend working out here!

I was a colligate volleyball player at UCLA and when I graduated and came home from college, I was looking for a workout to continue living an active lifestyle. I got a gym membership, I tried Orange Theory and Soul Cycle but none of those fulfilled my workout needs. I am one who needs a little push and motivation to get going. A couple months back I found Krave Fitness and it has been one of the best decisions I have made. Matt is unbelievable. My fiancé, also a colligate Division 1 volleyball player, and I have been working with him and its exactly what we are looking for. The best thing about Matt is that he gets to know you and your needs and tailors workouts to the individual. I had hip surgery and have developed terrible habits because of my injury and he has me doing exercises isolating certain muscles to strengthen my hip. Not only has this helped my performance in volleyball, but my day to day life is much more enjoyable now that I am strengthening my hips. Showing up at Matts, I am always motivated and ready to breakdown movements and learn about exercise, diets, and my body. With Matt, you don’t just get a good workout, you get the whole experience. I would absolutely recommend Matt to EVERYONE. Seriously, whether you play a sport or your looking for a positive fitness experience, Matt is the guy. I’ve worked with top trainers at UCLA and I have to say I’ve had the best experience with Matt and have learned so much.
