Novakovich Orchards is a farm with a beautiful location, surrounded by mountains and lovely autumn foliage. The farmers are nice and the fruit quality is top notch, with incredibly fresh and flavorful produce like cherries, apricots, peaches, nectarines, prunes, and apples. They are not a picking farm and do not allow customers to pick their own fruit, but visitors can walk around the property, enjoy the greenery, and see trees and old farming equipment. They sell fresh fruit in season at their clean and organized farm stand, along with jams, jellies, honey, nuts, and gift boxes. Especially during the holidays, they offer chocolate dipped apricots and chocolate turtle candies made with dried apricots, which are described as addicting, bright, tart, and a new holiday tradition. The trip to the farm stand is considered a fun outing with very reasonable prices.
Great apricots! Small but very tasty and other stone fruits. And nice people that work here working hard to bring the tastiest organic fruit possible....and they got me hooked :-)

The very best dried fruit in the Bay Area, if not all of California. Nice people, beautiful orchard setting.
