Got my first professional hair cut in YEARS today by Alex and she absolutely killed it, my hair looks so good, it feels so soft and I keep playing with it! Going in today I was so nervous. I feel like even nervous is an understatement because of how poorly my last hair cut went (different studio, different stylist). Alex regained my confidence in the professional world of cosmetics! Booked my next visit before even leaving the salon, even booked my husband to go see her too!!! 100/10 recommended seeing stylist ALEX!

Amber has been such a wonderful hair stylist! She is incredibly skilled, professional, and kind. She is open to giving you advice and listening to your likes & dislikes. Paintbox has always been a very clean & well kept establishment as well. I’ll miss her talent & her personality as I move to a new town.

I've been seeing Loren Vincent for going on 3 years now. She is the best at her craft. We do cut, balayage, and blow outs. She does extensions and permanent jewelry too! Check her out on IG. Also, the studio is fabulous - complete with drinks, snacks, good music, and chargers for your phone.

Shelby has been my hairstylist for over a decade. She's WONDERFUL and moved to Paintbox several years ago so I followed her here. It's a nice, bright salon filled with many friendly stylists and location is easy to find. Unfortunately it doesn't have much parking next to the building-only enough for about 5 cars, and nearby street parking isn't plentiful either, so I usually park in the free parking lot located across the street where I've always found easy parking.

Disappointed in Paintbox. I was referred by a close friend after great reviews. Texted to get an appointment as requested. I asked to be seen by two available stylists (Loren or Jessica). Was told they would contact me regarding availability. It's been days-I've heard nothing. No follow up and not answering the phone line. Unfortunately I'll be trying another salon.

I've been seeing Mariela (owner) for many many years! She is the absolute best, the kindest, most talented and just a gem in this industry. I am so lucky to have her as my stylist! Always takes good care of my hair by never compromising its integrity yet giving me the most beautifully blended, bright and shiny hair. She gives thorough consults, is extremely detail oriented and a perfectionist. She will take your vision and bring it to life! In terms of the salon itself - cute trendy place in the heart of downtown Saratoga. Very inviting place, professional staff, best customer service and just comfortable ! Great hair products too!!

Got my hair did after quite a long time. Great hair studio. I followed my stylist here and it's located in a good area with plenty of parking and nearby coffee shops and restaurants. Everything is clean, organized and professional.

I have been seeing Loren Vincent for years and won't let anyone else touch my hair-- she is the only person i have trusted for the last 12+ years. Even when I lived in Southern California I would have to plan trips around getting my hair done. Have referred many family and friends over the years and will continue to do so :)

I followed my hairstylist Danielle T here and glad I did. The salon is clean with a cute coffee/tea section and snacks. Everyone I have come into contact there is super sweet. Danielle is amazing at natural balayage and my hair has never looked better! I always look forward to my color and cuts with her.

An incredible experience! Having recently relocated to the area, I leaned on neighbors to recommend their fave stylist - Paintbox was on top of the list. Laura, one of the stylist, received me with such warmth and grace and helped me get me an appointment at very short notice. Alex, my stylist, was amazing even before I met her - she took time to listen, asked for pictures and preferences, and was exceptional in person. I am definitely coming back. Alex, thank you! I moved to the area last year and have been coming here ever since. I did a lot of research on hair treatments and found that Paintbox was one of the few salons that provided (truly!) formaldehyde-free options. They also use high quality tools that protect the hair from any heat damage, which I really appreciate. Mariela and Rachel are such a delight! I have very thick, curly hair that takes forever to blow dry, but they do an awesome job and are very thorough. I always walk out with a long-lasting blowout in less time than any of the other salons I've been to. Great service, great people; I really couldn't recommend Paintbox enough!

Amazing amazing amazing.. Mariela is the best. I came here to get my hair fixed due to a bad hair job done by my previous stylist. Mariela checked my hair n not only did complete color correction but also gave my hair a good treatment to help control the breakage. Mariela is my new hair stylist now. I would definitely recommend Paintbox Hair Studio for all things Hair!
