The young man who helped me today (7/7 am) was fantastic. He multitasked to reduced my wait, assisting 2 customers at same time on different computers. Super efficient and courteous-much appreciated. Thus is my go to UPS store.

The UPS Store in Saratoga is a gem. Even though it’s tucked into the downtown strip, parking is a breeze with lots of available spots nearby. I came in with three large bags of unpacked items just 15 minutes before closing, and Samual could not have been more helpful or kind.
He took the time to help me find the perfect-sized box for my oversized shipment, let me use the tape roll without hesitation (which some stores can be stingy about), and made sure everything was secured properly. His professionalism and positive attitude made the whole process stress-free.
One especially charming touch: a wall filled with Polaroids of dogs who’ve visited the store—including his own! It really adds a warm, personal feel to the place. Excellent customer service, efficient help, and a genuinely nice experience all around. Highly recommend!

Fast, knew what he was doing, no BS. I tried to print the same shipping label and return shipping label at FedEx, and after 15 minutes I had to leave because they were so incompetent. I really appreciate you guys doing such a good job.

I needed to pick my package up from Yuba City. I checked multiple UPS store to see if they have service that can arrange door pick up but did not get a good response. I called this location, and they guided me all the way and arranged return label and door pick up for me. All this happened on the phone. I will surely use services from this place in the future.
I HIGHLY recommend this place to all.
