There used to be a wonderful lady that ran this store. Today I went in a different to get lady was at the desk. I had to cut open a package to check something before I sent it. She immediately told me she wouldn't give me 1 piece of tape to retape the box. That was their "policy." So I had to either buy an entire roll of tape from her or go back home and come back. So I picked another choice. Leave and go to another store and never come back. I totally understand why the store wouldn't want to tape everyone's boxes up but they need to use their judgement and decide this is a regular customer, she needs 1 piece of tape. Give it to her.

JUST GO TO ANOTHER UPS STORE - thank me later.So… the staffs are actually nice and helpful. Leading me to think this must be an owner / store policy issue, but the items I took to this UPS constantly got withheld in the store and did not get sent out within a reasonable amount of time. Here are a few examples:$65 “next-day” express priority shipping that has my election ballot, didn’t even leave the city NEXT DAY.$900 worth of equipment returning to Amazon didn’t leave the very store for 2 weeks! and when I called Amazon, they could not see where the item was, didn’t see the tracking number or their QR was scanned - Thank god I took pictures of everything and was able to show and found out that the item was still in store.??♂️ I’m not getting paid enough (actually at all) to deal with all the stupid cost saving policies of this store at customers’ expense - are you?

The owner and the associate Maria are literally rude every time you go in with Amazon returns like you are lucky they are helping you. If you ask for assistance you are met with resistance and additional costs. Saratoga we can do better and deserve better service than this. I’m boycotting g this place of business until there is a new owner. The owner literally said to me “ that we don’t matter” when I suggested they hand kinder service. We won’t be back and hope each of you Saratogians can vote with your business too.

I have had the pleasure of the excellent service here for the past 5 years. The staff and management always goes extra to provide customer service. This area has some entitled patrons and I feel Rincoo and her team strive for customer service regardless of the rudeness. If you have made bad reviews here please put yourself in their shoes and try your best to be patient, your turn will come!!

They are absolutely rude every time you go into this store. Saratoga let's do our part to demand more drom our local shops. We don't deserve to be treated this way by a owner that literally says "we don't matter".

I am so grateful that this store is here in our village, we use it for mailing packages, copy jobs and the notary. I also used to have a post office box here and was very happy with that service as well. The owner and workers are all very competent and friendly. I actually enjoy going into the store. Great small town service!

This place is redicilous, I came in to ship a bunch of stuff and getting docs notarized, like we do on a weekly basis. One of the boxes just need one strip of tape. The lady refused to do help me, saying I needed to buy a roll as she is holding a tape gun in her hand. Unbelievable customer service!

Drop in here all the time to do Amazon returns and buy stamps. Have also used the notary service a few times. Great location, plenty of parking in the back.

I have been going to this UPS Store for years and this review is long over due. This is a very efficient store that quickly processes all your packaging needs especially Amazon drop offs. I have also had exemplary service for Notary services. During this COVID times, the safety protocols are in place with separate entry and exit doors. There is plenty of parking at the back to avoid the traffic in the downtown. I must add that Rinkoo has always been a friendly face and always goes out of her way to help! I wouldn't go to any other store here!
