We had a smooth experience getting a passport and passport photos done. I'm glad we got there a little early for our appointment, as they were able to see us a little early. Shyam was very helpful and patient with us even though we forgot the application I had filled out beforehand. I would recommend this location for passport renewal. We appreciate our Federal employees!

Advise to avoid for Passport renewal or application. They have zero semblance of order for the Passport; no signs that read ‘Line for Passport service’, and typical government workers are incompetent, lazy, and rude. And the fees they charged; this total dollar amount ($220) was never documented online when I made my appointment. And Laxmi appears clueless on how to function a digital camera for a photo (she required help; my pic was required multiple times), and her opening salvo was asking me if I was late for my appointment. My appointment time was at 12:15; I was standing at the window (I coordinated a line) at 11:50. Please, Elon/DJT(2025), I’m not saying to banish the Post Office, but create another service where we don’t have to go the dreadful USPS for a passport, especially a renewal. The employees show zero enthusiasm. Where’s the leadership at this Saratoga location? Who’s in charge of the passport service?? The Dell Ave location once offered this service and it was impeccable. But I didn’t see online this Dell Ave location offering this service.

I dropped off an envelope, I pleased a lady employee to support 2 inches tapes to close the envelope She ask me get back home to fix it. So I had to find a UPS store where a kind people supported the tapes to me.

Doesnt take prepaid, cant enter a tracking number, and none of their items are for sale. This is the weirdest post office ever.

My favorite post office. Plenty of parking, friendly staff, schedule passport submissions, P.O. Boxes, stamps for collectors.

One of the worst places to get anything done. Make you wait for more than 30 mins to tell you they can only take the appointments. This seemed like an intentional passive aggression.

Before we moved to Saratoga, we had been used to coming a long way to this location for shipping service not just because it’s a place easy for parking but because the clerks are very warm and helpful. Yesterday I was particularly impressed by the speedy service offered by Clerk 15, a smart guy who helped me as soon as he saw me walk in. I had hardly got to ask him where to drop off a return parcel before he scanned the barcode, handed me a receipt and showed me how to track it. He was so adept at handling the item I went away without getting time to ask his name.

Great service!! When one of my packages went missing, Supervisor Rhonda Garcia took prompt action to trace the GPS location of delivery and our area mailman Kodi went to the location, collected the package and handed it over to me in person. They both kept me updated via phone calls, throughout the process. Really appreciate both their help and prompt action in solving the problem within 24 hours!
