I usually go to this location because there is rarely a line. I needed specialized banker assistance twice now, and got Michael both times. He was amazing. Fast, accurate, remembered me on the second appt, personable.. He made my experience very smooth and easy. Great customer service. If I need more banker assistance I will ask for him again, and highly recommend others do as well.

I always like the bankers in this branch and they are consistent in comparison with its competitors in Saratoga. I hope this branch can restore pre-pandemic hours that open on Saturdays It always feel like home when come to the branch.

This review is long over due but Denzel Smith is a prime example of the embodiment of customer service. He's helped me as both a banker and then again when he got his well deserved promotion to the Service Manager! He's always very patient and proactive when it comes to helping his customers. He was helping me do a quick pin change when he told me he noticed some funny activity on my account turned out to be a little bigger of a problem then what I had originally came in for but Denzel made it a very pleasant experience or as pleasant as these things can go. This branch is a bit out of the way but if ever I'm in the area I will always go here just because of Denzel! Hopefully he is getting the recognition he deserves for all the hard work he does!

Good customer service, standard Wells Fargo decor, homely ambiance, usually pretty quiet/not busy. I would recommend this branch because it's usually pretty quick with no line.

Outstanding service at this branch. Steve and Randall run a first class banking operation and service. Go out of their way to give personal service and make you feel like they appreciate your business. Can't recommend them more. I have been banking here for 24 years. Tom Wilson

Stopped I here to get cash. Atm machine worked, parking near by and got really bills (no fakes). Overall waiting for ATMs to update to start giving 50s and $100s then always $20s but that's just my 2 cents.

I have been a customer of this bank and this branch for 35 years. Really! Occasionally I will have an overdraft occur and I'll be charged a transfer fee (which is part of the overdraft protection service). Although I know it's my fault for the overdraft occurring, sometimes things happen. I've called a couple of times to ask if they will refund me the fee. I don't feel this is an unreasonable request given that I've been a very loyal customer for so long. The branch manager has never been pleasant when I've spoken to him. He's even lectured me on why I was charged the fee. I understand the reason, but that's not the point. I would like to be treated like my 30+ years of loyalty means something -- especially is this day and age where everything is disposable. Very disappointing customer service at this Wells Fargo.

As one reviewer said, the customer service at this Big Basin bank is terrific. I had a question today on how to deal with an international account. I walked into the Wells Fargo Bank. Froy Quismorio, a premier banker, answered my questions quickly and professionally. The service was top notch. My son and I bank here and each time we need guidance, the staff is there for us. A full-service bank is what is necessary at times instead of the new internet-only banks. Wells Fargo works for me.

I really hate to give a 1 star review, but for all their pleasantness and concern, the staff here were completely unable to resolve my issues - which have cost me $1,200 plus a lot of aggravation. So, after 18 years with WF I am leaving for good. It all started with a call from their credit card fraud department. I would have to report to a branch in person if I wanted to continue using my card, and verify my identity. This was both inconvenient and made me feel like some kind of a criminal. Having verified my identity they still went ahead and cancelled my card anyway. A completely wasted trip! Faced with having to change all my auto-pay information, I told them to keep their credit-card and I would get one somewhere else. What I did not realize at the time, was that canceling a card forfeits all of your points - in my case $1,200 worth. The branch staff were extremely concerned and sympathetic, but after weeks of them saying they would resolve this, and despite many assurances that I'm "a valued customer", I have not received a single call. I can't begin to describe how it makes me feel as a customer of nearly 20 years to be treated like a criminal, lied to and disrespected in this way. I am utterly appalled and warning everyone to stay away from this abysmal excuse for a bank.

I bank at this location personally and for where I work (deposits, change, etc...) and the staff has impeccable customer service skills and are always prompt. The old manager Rhino (pronounced Ree-No, felt I had to put that) was of stellar quality, but sadly 'corporate' determined he was expendable, so now he works at US Bank a couple doors down! I don't bank with them but I'd recommend it simply because he works there now! lol

Friendly tellers and rarely a line inside. Every time I've done transactions inside the big flatscreen tv had Food Network playing (which entertained and made me hungry!) There are two ATMs outside with tons of parking.
