I usually go to this location because there is rarely a line. I needed specialized banker assistance twice now, and got Michael both times. He was amazing. Fast, accurate, remembered me on the second appt, personable.. He made my experience very smooth and easy. Great customer service. If I need more banker assistance I will ask for him again, and highly recommend others do as well.

I always like the bankers in this branch and they are consistent in comparison with its competitors in Saratoga. I hope this branch can restore pre-pandemic hours that open on Saturdays It always feel like home when come to the branch.

This review is long over due but Denzel Smith is a prime example of the embodiment of customer service. He's helped me as both a banker and then again when he got his well deserved promotion to the Service Manager! He's always very patient and proactive when it comes to helping his customers. He was helping me do a quick pin change when he told me he noticed some funny activity on my account turned out to be a little bigger of a problem then what I had originally came in for but Denzel made it a very pleasant experience or as pleasant as these things can go. This branch is a bit out of the way but if ever I'm in the area I will always go here just because of Denzel! Hopefully he is getting the recognition he deserves for all the hard work he does!

The customer service I receive at this branch is fabulous. EJ and Daisy are always so kind to my daughter and me. My daughter's birthday is this week and they went out of their way to make her feel special when we stopped in today. Fabulous customer service and attention to detail!

What a frustrating day at Wells Fargo Bank. I was a service manager in the Peninsula area for this bank for more than 10 years and I could not believe the level of service I received at this branch. I went in the AM to send a book transfer to a title company. I am sat down with Karen who processes the wire and everything goes well. In the afternoon, I am getting calls from the title company asking where the money is. I call the branch and ask Karen what's going on. She reassures me that everything is pending and should be fine. A bit later the title company e-mails me and asks for the Federal Reserve number because they still don't have the money. I call Karen again and she tells me that she can't access this information. In response, I tell her yes you can and ask if the wire was already approved. She tells me that managers don't approve wires, the back office does. She tells me she'll look into this and call me back. After not getting a callback, I decided to call her again. She tells me that she can't get the information and I tell her once again, yes you can. She puts me on hold and her manager Ramon picks up the phone. Instead of apologizing, Ramon backs up his banker's misinformation. I explain to him the process of how to find the information and he says he still can't get the number for me. I ask him to call his district manager so they can help get the information. He cuts me off and says that they don't have access to this information either. I ask him when the wire was approved, he tells me 2:15pm. I ask him why was the wire approved so late? He tells me because we have until 2pm. This makes no sense so I ignore the fact that he doesn't understand how time works and continue to go back and forth on how to get the information. He tells me he'll call the wire department and get back to me. While waiting for a callback, I call my old co-worker to see if the process has changed. He tells me it has not, so I call another branch to see if they will give me the number. The banker there tells me they can't help and that I should call the phone bank. Ramon calls back and says the wire is good and the money is in the title company's account. He also mentions that because it's a book transfer that there is no federal reference number. I know for a fact that there is a reference he could give me, but instead of arguing I hang up.  I am dumbfounded at the level of service I received. Not once did I get an apology for the troubles these people put me through. It's crazy to me to think that these employees continually lied to me instead of valuing me as their client. When I worked at the bank, a title company wire transfer was always the top priority and treated as EXTREMELY URGENT. I remember working with my team, having a great time and building a community with our clients. It's apparent that the values have changed at Wells Fargo and the new normal is meeting the client with misinformation and headaches. If you'd like my advice just get a grip and really try to connect with your clients.

Came in for a quick replacement debit card.. No line, 4 tellers and only 1 actually helping a guest. The " greeter" or check in person is standing here laughing w/ a teller.. mean while myself and the 2 guest ahead of me sit waiting for a banker to " assist " us.. Idk.. maybe I'm a simpleton when it comes to service.. but as a client, seeing 4 ppl doing nothing and 3 guests waiting to be assisted... it seems to me, there's something amiss .... I've been to other WF for a card replacement and it's literally a 3-5 min process.. the last time, the actual BANK MANAGER assisted me, and it was seamless.. I guess one can't expect a consistent level of service from branch to branch... will be looking for a new bank.

I dont recommend this branch for any banking purposes unless you need to make deposits, or just to get a simple cashier's check/money order.

I just went to this location for the first time to pick up last minute currency for an international trip. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had no wait and was in and out in ten minutes.

This review is for Notary service offered to customers. I admit it is a free courtesy service for customers. On this particular day, I had called ahead of time and the bank representative mentioned that they have a notary in on that day and I could stop by. Mine appeared to be a straightforward notarization for a couple of signatures on a document...After waiting for 15 minutes beyond our appointment, bank rep Luis takes us to his desk and offered to help with the notarization. For the next 30 minutes, we are stuck in a quandary because he kept asking what kind of notarization do we need? We asked that what kinds are there and what makes sense since he is a notary and he should know that better. To that, they say, we cant tell you what kind but you have to tell it to us.. We asked for him to consult with his colleague and he mentions that he would say the same. After wasting 40 minutes of valuable time going nowhere we walked out of the bank with no help and ended up going to a nearby UPS to get our work done in 5 mins (of course it cost many more $$).. If they are unwilling/reluctant to offer these services, at least dont waste my time by pretending to.. I have been a customer for almost 10 years but am seriously considering closing my account with WF and choosing a different bank

Worst bank ever. Highly unorganized, extremely poor customer service, gives out personal information without personal consent. I've closed all accounts with this bank for the above reasons.

This review is about frank sanchez the service manager. I walked into the bank asking to cash a check that my customer wrote me. It was written out to my business name and not myself. I wasn't sure if this was possible nit after going into Wells Fargo and asking if that was an issue they said no. The tellers were great and friendly, but when it came time to clear the check, I had to talk to frank Sanchez, the service manager. I knew there had to be a clearance issue since it was to my business name and it myself. Frank told me to go to my main bank and get a stamp of approval saying this was my business account, and also get the check owners initials saying he approved of it. I said no problem since my bank is a few stores down (I was in a plaza) and the owner was a few blocks away. I got everything he asked for, came back and then tells me that he wanted the owner to put a / and my name. I'm a little pissed off at this time but do it since I needed the cash that day. I come back about 20 mins later after getting the owner to write my name with the / and then frank goes and tells me he now needs to verify the check... with the owner. He calls the phone number on file and no answer. He leaves a message telling him to contact frank to verify the check, when he already did with the initials. The owners busy and doesn't pick up the phone. I try we calling the owner and no answer either. Now I sit here await in Wells Fargo at 5:22pm waiting for the owner to now call from his phone on file, to the branch. The owner can't contact me and then use my cell phone to talk to them. This branch is a busy branch and most the employees are nice. This frank Sanchez guys is just an a******* He pretends to your friend and then fills you in with the full details. If he told me from the beginning change the name of the check I would've done that but instead he made me run around for over an hour. I WILL NEVER COME HERE NOR BANK WITH THEM. Avoid this banks and try the other ones a few blocks away.

The 2 stars this bank does get is cause the people inside are nice but the parking here is ridiculous. The security they have here ends up getting involved trying to "control" traffic but he really just chooses what cars he wants to park close and waves everyone else way causing more traffic. Avoid this bank if possible if you're driving.
