After my accident the police had towed my car to a Tow yard where it was collecting fees and i didn't know what to do since my car wasnt driveable. I called Santa Clarita Auto Body and Mark took it all in his hands. He guided me on what to do, he got my car fees paid at the impound yard and got my car to their facility. I didnt have to do anything. Even though my car was totalled, they handled the whole auto claim process like true professionals. I got paid for my vehicle and they have gained a lifelong client. “I couldn’t be more happy with my experience with Ramjet! Eddie did everything he could to ensure I got exactly what I wanted for the ring and pinion change on my 2022 Ram 2500. Another shop (Caliber Collision on Sierra Highway) wrote the car off as a total loss, and double-charged myself and insurance for an unnecessary disassembly. Jerry helped me get reimbursed by insurance, and helped me get all my parts back from Caliber Collision. In addition, he repaired the damage for far less than Caliber's estimate, and did an amazing job! The Odyssey looks brand new, and I will certainly be taking any future business to After Hours.”

“I first gave Network Auto Body a 1 star due to my check engine light coming on. Out of fear I assumed it was poor work on Paul's end. Not the case!! It was a faulty sensor from the car sitting for a month. That being said, I owe them a huge apology for the one star and they did an absolutely amazing job fixing the body work of my car. They did an amazing job touching up my paint and I wish I would have never had a faulty sensor issue so I could have given them the amazing review they deserved the first time. “If you need the short version: Should you go to this location to get your damaged car fixed? : 1000% YES. This place is worth every penny and works with you to find a price that works with your budget. Great service, great communication, and excellent work! Now if you have the time to see what the process was like for me: So I was hit on the way to work causing damage to my car. I didn't have the time nor the energy to deal with going through insurance so I was set on paying out of pocket. Although the pictures don't show it very well my car was pretty banged up from a busted front bumper, a light that (thank god still worked) had the piece holding it down broken, to a side that was banged up and scratched up. Before I found this place I had people look at it but gave me issues that I was literally crying with how stressful everything was. One afternoon I decided to google collision centers near my work and this place was super close to me! I looked through reviews and it seemed to have very satisfied clients. I called and they promptly answered. They said I could bring it down, let them check out the damage and they would be able to give me an estimate then and there. I took my car and the guy (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name but everyone I interacted with there was so nice to me) actually explained to me what the damage was, what could be fixed, what needed to be replaced and what needed to be done. He was the first person to actually take the time to explain and tell me instead of having me wait off to the side or in an office somewhere. He went and gave me the estimate and it was something that worked within my budget! I told him one of my worries was that because I work I couldn't be without my car too long. He assured me that in order to lessen the time they could order the specific parts they needed and once they arrived I could drop my car off so it would cut the time I would be without my car. The total time it took was Wednesday- Wednesday. (They don't work on weekends) So in total it took 4-5 days to fix my car. (It actually worked out because I got super sick and ended up not going to work lol) Every time I called them they were upfront and honest about the status, time and any questions or concerns that I had. When I finally got to pick up my car they reviewed the repairs with me and even cleaned the yellow stains/fogginess from my lights! They even cleaned my car y'all like they didn't have to but I much appreciated it. They worked with me to get the best possible price and it honestly surprised me how helpful and kind they were to me. I hope I never get into an accident again but if my car ever needs repairs this is the first place I am going to. I told all my coworkers and my family how well this place did and showed off their awesome work that even some even said that my car looks brand new! Some of them are considering taking their cars to this place for some repairs lol. I really hope they do because they're so awesome and really do work with you. 1000% recommend!”

“Great little stop to grab some auto body supplies if you're touching up your your vehicle. Moses is very helpful and offers good advice to get professional results. With a lot of professional supplies inside knowledge is key. Such as temperatures , spray-gun patterns and psi settings. Nozzle tips. He helped me with all of that. I bought some Xpress clear for the roof of my Toyota truck. The Clear had come off I had to color sand and repaint and re-spray the clear. Didn't go as planned because of a hot day application. They were kind enough to offer some advice on how to fix it.”
