“Sent a message on Sunday that I was going out of town and needed my brakes done ASAP. Responded within 30 minutes and said that I could bring it in on Monday morning and they would find a way to make sure they were done. Dropped off my car at 8am and it was done by noon. Everyone that I talked to at ACE was very pleasant and professional. ACE is where I will bring my vehicles for any service. By and far the best experience I've had with an auto shop. Thank you!!”

“I am very impressed and thankful for Adam and the team at Country Auto. I had a few busted vacuum hoses in my Volkswagen GTI that needed addressing, but went ahead and replaced as many hoses as I could, because most of them were still original hoses (my vehicle has 199k miles!) Many shops I called said they don't work on foreign cars, but Country Auto took a look at the work needed to be done and got right to it! I was expecting my car to be in the shop for at least a week due to the amount of work that I wanted done on it, but their team finished it in 10 hours. 10 hours! And almost every hose in my engine bay is brand new! On top of that, the team found a coolant sensor gasket was leaking and replaced that for me as well. I am more than happy with the work done and my car runs fantastic. Adam was very kind, honest, and helpful to me, and saved me a lot of time and money... which are very valuable things being a college student. I will definitely return to Country Auto should my vehicle need any work in the future!Thank you very much Adam for your help, I really do appreciate it! Have a blessed Christmas season!”

“I had a brief but excellent stop at this shop a few days ago. I thought my steering was a bit wonky driving home from work so I took it in. As soon as I walked in, I was priority #1. He jumped up, listened to my concerns, and said "lets go test drive it" within a minute of me walking in. after the test drive, he immediately put the car in the air and did a thorough check of all the steering and suspension components. he determined that everything looked to he in good shape and that i just need an alignment and he pointed me in the direction of an alignment shop. This tells you that they're honest. I was out of there in no time and he did all of this completely free of charge. This will definitely be my first choice next time i need my car worked on.”

“I couldn’t be more happy with my experience with Ramjet! Eddie did everything he could to ensure I got exactly what I wanted for the ring and pinion change on my 2022 Ram 2500. I was after 4.44:1 gears and he was able to track them down, get them ordered, and installed in a timely manner. “Our experience with Gary's Collision started when I had a cracked plastic transom door on my boat that I was hoping to get fixed. Not only did Johnnat Gary's take great care of me, they did a beautiful job. Because of this excellent creative work, I took my 2001 F250 for a total paint job. I love my truck and was restoring it to new. Again, John at Gary's took great care of me and made my truck beautiful and better than new at a very reasonable price. I question any of the negative reviews. Gary's is a class shop with a professional interest in doing great work for their customers. I'm a devoted fan.”

“If I could, I will give him 10 stars. My car's air conditioner did not work and I was told that I will need a new compressor. I took my car to Mike and he noticed a small amount of green liquid on the floor under the engine. On further checking, he found out that it was the water pump with the thermostat that was leaking and there was also a leak from the Freon inlet valves. He put in a new water pump and fixed the valves. Air conditioner works great and there is no fluid leak from the water pump. Water pump was half the price of the air conditioner both for the parts and labor. He saved me a lot of money. What an honest guy. I recommend him to all my friends.”

“**HIGHLY RECOMMEND**Recently used EMF for the first time. We are a single car family and having my vehicle in the shop is a big deal. My regular mechanic wasn't responsive and wanted me to leave my car for days. So I went to YELP and created a project and requested quotes. I picked EMF not only because of their reviews but also because of their response to my request. They actually acknowledged my situation, empathized and said they would do their best to work with me. No other shop took the time to do that. Everyone else just sent me quotes or their business# to call and make an appointment. The quote EMF provided me was fair. The service I received was on point. They fixed my car and got me back on the road. These guys are the real deal. They're down to earth, good at what they do, fair priced and communicate well. I think that's what we are all looking for with a repair shop. I have a Tesla so the tires are special but that wasn't an issue for the center. I drove out of the center at around noon with both tires fixed and my car aligned. Thanks for everything! They have a waiting room but IN N OUT is walking distance so I just went there to eat and by the time I was done my car was ready. I had the transmission oil changed. Also, I like that they didn't try to sell me extra services. It's so annoying when I go to the dealership for an oil change and they try to sell me new spark plugs and tires.”

“They were very accommodating and delivered earlier than expected. The work was very well done and the finish quality of the paint was as good as factory. It was also very nice to pick up my truck washed and cleaned, it was very dirty when I dropped it off. They even vacuumed the interior. I’ve head bad experiences with body shops and paint work but this was not one of them.”

“My daughters and I were on a long roadtrip and got the low tire pressure warning in my car after about 7 hours of driving. Pulled over at a gas station and could hear the air leaking. State Tire was a few minutes away. Within a minute after we pulled up, they’d jacked up the car, and spotted the screw in the tire. Within 10 minutes they’d patched the tire and put it back on. We just arrived safely back to our home in New Mexico on that repaired tire— it worked great! Could not beat their help and cost. Thank you so much!”

Another shop (Caliber Collision on Sierra Highway) wrote the car off as a total loss, and double-charged myself and insurance for an unnecessary disassembly. Jerry helped me get reimbursed by insurance, and helped me get all my parts back from Caliber Collision. In addition, he repaired the damage for far less than Caliber's estimate, and did an amazing job! The Odyssey looks brand new, and I will certainly be taking any future business to After Hours.”
