“Every time I've come to this location they have always been super friendly. I walked in last week during lunch hour and didn't have to wait in line as no one was in the bank, which was nice as I got helped right away. There is even a greeter that will welcome you in and say goodbye as you leave, and if you have any questions just walk up front and they can help you with what you need relatively quick. Also this location is in a shopping mall with plenty of parking.”

As a member for well over 30 years, and having visited several different branches for a variety of services over that period of time, this was one of the most satisfying. The primary reason? “My wife and I stopped by this Wells Fargo Bank on New Year Eve. My wife needed cash and is a Well Fargo member so it just worked out for us since we were in the plaza where this bank is at. She didn't want to go inside the bank because there is usually only just 1 teller working and there always a line so she decided to use the outside ATM. There 2 outdoor ATM here but 1 didn't have cash so everyone had to just use the other ATM. She didn't have any issues getting cash and it was a quick withdrawal.”

“Enjoyed my visit to this location to get coins. Went to another bank before going here and that bank was out of Pennies, Nickels and was running a bit low on Dimes. I got some quarters there. Happened to stop by the Greek restaurant across the street and thought that I should get some coins at this branch. Went in and noticed it was a very small branch. Only two teller windows. I got a bit concerned that they would have very little, or even no coins. After waiting in a short line, a teller helped me. I asked if I could get $50 in Pennies, $200 in nickels, and $50 in dimes. A total of $300 in coinage. I also needed some cash, $100 in ones and another $100 in fives. The teller told me to wait a moment to ask the manager, and the manager came out and said that they were “absolutely overloaded with coins”. I was happy to hear that and a minute later, 11 metal trays full of rolls of coins appeared in front of my eyes. I finally got the coins that I needed. Here is why I dropped a star from my review. I opened a few rolls and two of the nickel rolls had Pennies in it. Who would do that? I opened the penny rolls to find dimes in the rolls. After a few days of opening the rolls, I ended up being shorted 1 dollar and 84 cents in these rolls. The bank did not return that lost money. Hopefully next time, those rolls will be properly counted.”

“Hello, I really appreciated the Service I got from Antonio covarrubias. He was very patient and warm. I had a problem with a banker at another bank. Basically, they didn't want to help me but Antonio assisted me with all the help I needed. Plus, he was giving me a caring conversation. Leaving me at peace. Although, it was a while back when he helped me, I had to save his information to give a good review about him because when a person is busy they really need the help they ask for at that moment. Period. You know? It's hard to find that but Antonio made it possible. Hope he finds this, lol!”
“I came to this bank a couple of days because I had a few questions and needed financial help. I have been a client in Logix for a few months now but second time personally going to the Porter Ranch office. Adam assisted me with everything I needed and all my questions were answered. I usually don't write out reviews but I feel that Adam needs this review. Very knowledgeable ,helpful, very professional. He had so much patience in assisting me with all the question I had and the whole time he was friendly. The only person there who seems that care about the clients. Sadly I won't be going to this location so often since I recently moved cities.”
“Nice service, but closing at 4PM seems to be a bit too early. At least close at 4:30 or 5! Only can make it here with 10 minutes to spare usually. Location by the mall closes at 5 but is quite a drive and can be busy (service is good there as well)”
