“As a baby-boomer I've head my funds in many banks over the course of my life yet this Citibank branch has been the only one that treats me like a neighbor. Even if it's a popular time for customers, there are sufficient staff to handle crowds and the wait time is brief. The staff ALWAYS is friendly and even with those testy lines, takes the time to explain any complicated transactions.”
“Just opened an account today at this office and the process was so easy & the customer service was beyond great! Omar Quirarte was the financial service officer who helped my mother open her account and he was so patient and kind. We had gone to a bank before and the customer service with elderly was poor. “I came into this smaller bank in hopes of finding $2 bills to give out for the Lunar new year. The teller named Justin was very helpful, polite and was easy going although I didn't even bank with them. Great service all around. Their members must get treated well.”

“I came to this bank a couple of days because I had a few questions and needed financial help. I have been a client in Logix for a few months now but second time personally going to the Porter Ranch office. Adam assisted me with everything I needed and all my questions were answered. I usually don't write out reviews but I feel that Adam needs this review. Very knowledgeable ,helpful, very professional. He had so much patience in assisting me with all the question I had and the whole time he was friendly. The only person there who seems that care about the clients. Sadly I won't be going to this location so often since I recently moved cities.”

“Every time I've come to this location they have always been super friendly. I walked in last week during lunch hour and didn't have to wait in line as no one was in the bank, which was nice as I got helped right away. There is even a greeter that will welcome you in and say goodbye as you leave, and if you have any questions just walk up front and they can help you with what you need relatively quick. Also this location is in a shopping mall with plenty of parking.”
“I've been with Wescom for 30 years. Been through a lot of changes in 30 years but wescom is always the same. Always nice friendly people that treat me with courtesy. I recently needed a new car and without even contacting wescom they sent me an absolutely unbeatable auto loan. Numerous loan officers at numerous dealerships were stunned at the amount & interest rate i got compared to my below average credit. I really don't think any of them believed me at first. As a member for well over 30 years, and having visited several different branches for a variety of services over that period of time, this was one of the most satisfying. The primary reason? “My wife and I stopped by this Wells Fargo Bank on New Year Eve. My wife needed cash and is a Well Fargo member so it just worked out for us since we were in the plaza where this bank is at. She didn't want to go inside the bank because there is usually only just 1 teller working and there always a line so she decided to use the outside ATM. There 2 outdoor ATM here but 1 didn't have cash so everyone had to just use the other ATM. She didn't have any issues getting cash and it was a quick withdrawal.”
“Great branch! Staff is super helpful, Michael went out of his way to help me with my business line of credit. Michael was very personable and knowledgeable. He even helped my daughter open up her first account. He really went out of his way to make sure she understood everything and even helped her open her first credit card as well. A worker named Patty was very kind and knowledgeable to. This branch is super convenient, clean, and the staff is great! Definitely earned my business!”

“Nice service, but closing at 4PM seems to be a bit too early. At least close at 4:30 or 5! Only can make it here with 10 minutes to spare usually. Location by the mall closes at 5 but is quite a drive and can be busy (service is good there as well)”
“I love this branch. Everyone has been so helpful and kind. I've been going here years and never has a US Bank employee at this branch been in a bad mood. Always upbeat and friendly. They inform me if there are any promotions. I got $500 for opening up a credit card. Marina runs a tight ship and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Vidi, Mynor, Gustavo, Fatima all are great.”
“Mostly I use the ATM but there are times that calls for a bank teller. Like today, I have to go inside because my withdrawal have a limit and I needed more. Upon entering, I saw a line. There were just two bank tellers. Customers are getting impatient already. So they added 1 more. And so the line went quickly. Limited parking but if you don't mind the walk - park across.”
“I've done banking here for over 5 years and have gotten 2 car loans. The credit union just moved into a very nice new building. The workers are very nice, and despite a minimal raise in service fees, the services are still very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a loan or bill payment services.”

Recently, a check was stolen from where I live, and Andrew recommended and assisted me in getting a new checking account number, and doing all of the other things necessary in making that transition.
