Their technician Fred [and his assistant Mario] were here on 3 different occasions; one part was replaced, another was required which was provided at no cost either for labor or parts. “It is so great to see a small business surviving in these times. I needed a lamp part for a prototype I was building. These folks were great on the phone and in person. I was happy not only to see that they had a stream of customers coming in, but also that they gave each and every one great customer service. For me I needed I little piece of threaded lamp. They gave me choices. They cut it to size and they were more than fair on the price. In addition to lamp stuff, they do a lot with vacuum cleaners. I would highly recommend supporting this store if they can ever help you. I am sure it would be a win win situation”

Then he serviced my Babylock sewing machine, gave me invaluable advice on threads and helped me with free motion quilting. Sherri got me up to speed on my sewing machine and all its ins and outs. They re my go to people.”

“Recently had a situation where our appliance took a while to arrive due to Covid backlogs... and when we got the unit it didn't function properly (definitely not Al's fault, at all). Was exceptionally happy and impressed as Al and his team got me a replacement unit of a different, acceptable brand quickly and in time for the upcoming holidays. Al and Manuel (Al's installer) were great people to deal with. Thank you!!”

“I don't write a lot of reviews, in fact it's probably been years since my last one, but I have to give a Big Shout Out to Rob Melia and the rest of the staff at Ferguson's in Corte Madera. I had a problem with an order, and Rob could not of been nicer in helping me resolve it. He certainly went above and beyond, going the extra mile to help me. These days when customer service is almost nonexistent, it was refreshing to see it's alive and well at Ferguson's and says a lot about the company. If you need anything to do with plumbing supplies, I'm happy to give my unconditional recommendation to them--you won't be disappointed.”

Been satisfied with product availabilities n service. Our recent dishwasher delivery/installation was a little bumpy. Not the product or cherin's but with the installer. The guy was a bit tasty. Overall, I would recommend business with cherin's n Jared. Prices are competitive and fair. Cherin's knows home appliances. I felt comfortable working with them n I hope they will be around for a long time”

“Jorge Sr. and Jorge Jr. are terrific. They communicate proactively and they follow through. I had an LG stackable washer/dryer that was being replaced with an all electric unit. Jorge Jr. and a co-worker arranged to pick up my LG units within a couple days of contacting them. They were 15 minutes early! They were in and out very efficiently, even capping the gas line! Excellent service. Highly recommend.”

“We were dealing with a last minute drama with our kitchen renovation and I called the store to see if there was anything to be done to get a range top at the last minute. I wasn't expecting to have any luck given that this was Monday before Thanksgiving and all other vendors had quoted me a week turnaround but Chuck and the team managed to get one ordered and available for pickup from the east bay warehouse within 24 hours. This miracle made it so my client is now able to use their kitchen on Thanksgiving and they truly saved the day. I am so grateful and cannot speak more highly about their customer service. Absolutely the best place to get your appliances, hands down. Thank you all!”

“I can't say how happy I am that I bought most of our fixtures for our bathroom remodels from Keoki and Ferguson on Valencia. We have been through MONTHS of construction where we have needed to purchase EVERYTHING. Keoki was so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed PARTICULARLY the stuff we didn't know we needed! We did buy a few things from other vendors and their customer service was nowhere near as good as Ferguson. When one of the ventilation fans we purchased stopped working a few weeks after installation, Keoki made sure we had another one coming to us STAT, literally a few days, so it arrived before our electrical inspection!”

I found a gentleman named Brock, who answered all my questions about what they had in stock. He also helped with the handle for the shower. I felt like a VIP working with this man who ultimately asked for extra assistance from David, his coworker to put it in my car. Come to find out, Brock was the manager of this location.
