“Recently had a situation where our appliance took a while to arrive due to Covid backlogs... and when we got the unit it didn't function properly (definitely not Al's fault, at all). Was exceptionally happy and impressed as Al and his team got me a replacement unit of a different, acceptable brand quickly and in time for the upcoming holidays. Al and Manuel (Al's installer) were great people to deal with. Thank you!!”

“Always enjoy looking at their new ceramic pieces such as chawan and donabe pots. Their items are on the higher price points which makes it difficult to purchase much, but they are in a prime area in Japantown which makes sense.

“Our Bertazzoni range has been giving us problems since the beginning. Multiple calls to the headquarters resulted in them sending terrible technicians to our home, if they even came! Sometimes no one would show up! Finally, after almost a year, they put us in touch with Purcell Murray, who sent Juan to fix our stove. Juan is definitely one of the most personable, knowledgeable appliance professional that we've ever worked with. He made us feel so much better about this purchase, and also supported us in filing for an extended warranty. After about two hours, he fixed all of the major problems. He's the kind of professional that we all deserve! Thanks Juan!”
“I still have no faith in Best Buy’s call center; however, JONATHAN from the Geek Squad renewed my faith in the Geek Squad. He was professional, very pleasant and had EMPATHY for my frustrations!! Plus, based on what I shared and what he could see, he was able to fix my television!
The Call Center (once again) got my issues wrong!! Last week, they sent out installers; didn’t need anything installed. This time, they told Jonathan that I had no power (wrong) and probably needed a part to repair the problem (wrong)!!
Smh…the call center agents are polite but they don’t LISTEN!!
