“From start to finish, my experience with Sausalito European has been a pleasure. I'm a guy who usually handles routine maintenance and even small repairs (water pumps, alternator replacements) at home, so I almost never bring my car to a shop. But my experience with Jared, Tom, and Scott makes me tempted to come here more often!
They replaced worn engine and transmission mounts on my ML350 (145K miles) very efficiently, keeping labor hours reasonable — a job some other shops didn't even want to take on, since it can be a real pain. They also sent me pictures and videos of things like suspension bushings that I should keep an eye on in the coming years, which is incredibly helpful for someone like me who looks under the car.... While they were in there, they also changed the engine air filter since it needed doing and was already part of the access required for the mount job — one less thing on my own to-do list.
Overall, I found the guys at Sausalito European to be extremely responsive (quick calls, texts, videos), genuinely expert in the nuances of MB repair, and very honest. Highly recommend.”
