Hotel Sausalito & Suites is a quaint, lovely, and nicely maintained historic hotel with a lot of character. It is perfectly and conveniently located right downtown, offering easy, safe walks to shops and restaurants and is situated beside the ferry terminal for an easy ride to San Francisco. The rooms are a bit small but very comfortable, with some offering terrific and stunning views of the waterfront, ocean, and ferries. The hotel has an elevator, which is often missed in vintage lodging. The customer service is consistently excellent and friendly. Staff members are personable, delightful, kind, and helpful, providing spot-on advice and going above and beyond to assist guests. The hotel offers a quiet and safe haven, with adjacent public parking. Guests highly recommend this location, feel valued, safe, and comfortable, and many express a desire to return.

Great stay for the one night we were in Sausalito. Robin was very helpful at the front desk. Parking is easy and the location is great.
