Cool as a cucumber that one was, while I was just melting. Anyway, Malaka held firm with calculated composure and then the owner caved and I got exactly what I wanted. I am SO grateful for her because as I sit here in my new house and look back at the experience, had I paid a penny more I would have had serious buyers remorse. Sometimes I sit here and am like this house is beautiful but I am so glad I didn't pay X. This is a huge decision and its super personal. I am soooooooooooo grateful for Malaka and the 360 team; truly skilled. She crushed it for me and I would a million percent recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the state of CA.”
