“A friend and I signed up because we loved our free class taught by Christian. We used to spend a lot of time kickboxing. Now that he no longer works there, we've spent only 10 minutes kickboxing. This is due to the class being a circuit kick type of class with weights. If you are looking into getting more time kickboxing then I recommend a different type of class. The instructors and staff are all very friendly and helpful. My friend and I had an issue and they helped us resolve it. Kickboxing is truly a stress reliever and I'm glad to have found a gym with a varied schedule that works with mine.”
“Ive always looked at a bunch of ads for getting back in shape. 1 thing that caught my eye about Hardcore fitness ad was the energy of their videos and how well the facility looked on the videos. So I decided to take a shot and visit. Daniel received me with a professional attitude and didn’t sound, act or seem like a sales man. He really gave me the option to join their club freely or not. The facility didn’t disappoint it was just as in the videos. Once joined and starting their workouts, the way drip they have to get your workouts id very effective and the music makes it fun. After 5 weeks I lost 13 lbs. of course it hasn’t been easy especially with meal planning but its amazing how this team really help you, teach and guide you to be accountable with meal prepping and on top rest and when to train. They have sol much resource such as the app and to book your classes and check in to keep track of your progress. Over all I highly recommend Hardcore fitness to anyone new to working out and trying to get back in shape. When you see and look at your progress in time you’ll see that the price for their tiers don’t really matter for what your getting with this team, they are worth every penny.”

Then I found CrossFit at DRS. At first, the workouts were tough, but what I liked about DRS was that you can work at your own pace, and the coaches support you every step of the way. They really listen to your needs, modify workouts if necessary, and provide valuable tips to improve your performance.
The community is also incredibly supportive, and the high fives between workouts help keep you going during the tough ones.
After two months at DRS, I feel stronger both physically and mentally, and I look forward to coming in every day to continue improving.”

“Sammy was my instructor. I’ve never been to a class like this so i was nervous. The hard part for me was treadmill but Sammy never called me out or made me feel uncomfortable for not keeping up the pace with others. The energy and motivation during this class was beyond my expectation. The only thing i wish was that there had been a warm up/ stretching beforehand. Other than that, my experience was beyond.”
