“We were traveling to SoCal from NorCal and we noticed oil leak under our car. We called dealers in the area as our car was fairly new, but due to Thanksgiving weekend no was able to look at our car. And we had to travel back 4 hrs + on Friday.
Thanks to Doctor J and Steve, not only they said YES to look at the problem, he said he will try his best to solve it.
Steve updated me with problem and did his best to plug the oil leak that we can come back to NorCal.

“The driver's side window on my disabled brother's van got stuck open shortly before a holiday weekend rainstorm. I feared the van could be flooded or thieves would break into and/or steal the van if I didn't get it repaired ASAP. I called FnP only because Google Maps showed that they were close to me. When I described the problem, Francisco was able to diagnose it and give me a very reasonable estimate over the phone. After I brought in the van, he dropped me off at home and finished the job that same day! I was very impressed by his expertise, professionalism, customer service, and friendliness. He will be my go-to mechanic from now on!”

“Husband truck needed a tire rotation as I was borrowing it. On a time crunch as usual with appointments and kids and Rocky fit me in the same day I called. I also found out that America Tire does tires rotation for free! I don’t think I ever have a tire rotation for free. I was told this is a service they offered at all their locations across America. Service was prompt, good communication and I didn’t paid for the tire rotation so pricing was AMAZING. Husband said he was willing and expected to paid $50-$100! So appreciate it. Thank you.”

“This review is long overdue but well deserved. Alba and his team worked on my Honda Clarity (Plug-In Hybrid) after its AC died on me. Alba took care of it ASAP and was very honest and fair with his pricing. He understands that times are hard right now with expenses and does his best to give you the most honest offer. He fixed up my car's AC but a couple weeks later it malfunctioned again. I called him up and took it back in and they took care of it fast with no grief. I am extremely grateful to him and his team. They are an honest hardworking team. If you are questioning going here, don't. I would recommend this place to anyone.”

“I took my F150 Lariat in. I had it towed from another mechanic shop. When I called, I talked to Edward. He didn't even ask me to come in. After a short conversation about the truck he immediately said that probably isn't the issue but let us get don't eyrs on it and get the diagnostic done and go from there. He immediately gave me a good feeling about taking my truck here. The first mechanic was unable to get my truck to start. He told me the entire electrical module on the truck needed to be rewired or replaced. Orozco's quickly diagnosed the problem and figured out the previous owners of the truck had hooked up some after market accessories and wired them incorrectly and if a certain fuse blew it also blew the main start run fuse. Instead of being dishonest and charging me thousands of dollars they fixed the wiring for me, changed the fuses and sent me home with no additional fees other than the diagnostic. Edward was fantastic to deal with. He was extremely professional and easy to communicate with. I can't praise him or the shop enough. I'm just glad that there are still honest shops out there. I would ?% recommend this place.”

Frank (the owner) was super nice and informative, he came to say hi and give me a report on my car. A small amount of up-selling as expected but there wasn't much pressure and they were very respectful.

“They were cool and all but they can be a bit expensive. And the reason I gave them 4 stars was because they didn't do what I asked. And that was to check out my whole car and inspect it. I needed them to make sure that there wasn't anything else I needed to worry about. I know I was there solely to get my brakes fixed. But as much as they try and charge you the least they can do is to at least warn me of all fluid levels that are needed in my car. But no they didn't do that! In fact they didn't warn me about any other problems that I may have with my car. Nope they just fixed my brakes and sent me on my way. Until I find out later by someone else that I have no power steering fluid. And I have no motor oil in my car. I mean I'm a girl I don't know these things which is why whenever I take my car in for one problem I ask them if they could check all the stuff I may need more of. But they refrained from doing that! I guess nobody wants to go above and beyond anymore smh.”
