I've been bringing my car here for oil changes and my fiance's had his brake pads switched out here. Every oil change is quick, even on the weekends, and when they even gave me a heads up on the wear of my tires when I got them rotated. My fiance's brakes like to squeak a lot and they check out his brake pads for free too! 5 stars for the quality work, transparency, and all the great experiences!! “I called on a Friday to see how much it would cost to get new spark plugs for my 2012 Honda, which only has about 80K miles. They said they could do it Monday and that it would be about $307. I was really happy about that because the website quoted $430 - $600. I also went to another auto shop first because I thought they would be less expensive but I didn't have a good experience there. I show up on Friday and my appointment had a mix-up but they still managed to get me in and out in less than 2 hours. Everyone was very nice and well-informed. I didn't feel as if I was being ripped off as a woman. I highly recommend anybody, especially women, come to Tom's, because I had such a great experience with them. They didn't try to overcharge me or sell me things I don't need. They weren't patronizing and also told me my car was in excellent condition. Very refreshing and they'll be my go-to mechanic from now on. Check out the quote comparison. Hopefully posting these quotes won't ruffle any feathers.”

“I took my car to the Mercedes dealer and was provided with a long list of things that it "needed". I then brought it to Joe, he inspected my car, told me some things on that list weren't necessary and pointed out the work that did need to be done. The dealer quoted me over the value of my car to fix it & Joe fixed it for a fraction of the cost originally quoted by the dealer. My car now rides very smooth (huge difference from how it felt before I took it to him) and feels reliable again. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend Joe and his shop. In addition they're all very pleasant to work with; Adam provided quick updates and they worked fast on my car. Thank you!”

I went in for a tire rotation and they didn't charge me, just asked me to share the experience with friends and family. I was out of there within 45 minutes. (I got there before the store opened and the guy helped me without any kind of attitude !!) Highly, highly recommend this store.Thank you very much American Tire Depot! “I really can't say enough wonderful things about this outstanding repair shop! My Acura is 10 years old and George and Royal at Coast Auto have saved me from ever having to deal with the overpriced dealership service dept. My partner, Kevin, discovered this gem and we have never wanted to go anywhere else. He takes his older Toyota Camry in for regular service and when there is ever anything unusual, they always figure it out and fix it with the quickness and for a fraction of the price others charge. I also have been so happy with my regular service there. Unfortunately, I had to go to the Acura dealership for a recall problem and while there, they told me my windshield wiper fluid container was cracked. The dealership was ready to charge me $600 to handle the problem. I went to Coast and Royal figured out that it wasn't even the container, it was the line leading to the wipers. He is an excellent problem solver and made it happen for almost nothing. Sidenote: Royal loves the wings from the place across the street. We are always so thrilled with his work that it is a pleasure to pick up some wings! We feel like we are going to see friends whenever we go to Coast!”

“Wow... I thought I could not be more impressed since my 2021 visit... I was wrong, showed up at 7:50am for a smog check and was finished by 8:10am with one person ahead of me. Everyone was kind, warm-hearted and several people treated me; even with early morning jokes. The place was clean, with access to restroom, WiFi, and coffee. Thanks guys for treating me like family and getting me out quickly even with a discount!!! See you in two years for my next smog check”

“I was in there yesterday to get my tires rotated and fix my tire there. Being a woman I felt like they were gonna up-charge me for being a woman and try the scare tactics but no the gentleman with the ponytail help me. Great customer service. Asked for the service I requested and was done correctly. I felt sorry yesterday because some guy came in with an attitude and the guy with the ponytail was being super nice and friendly with him to him and when I was being talking to him the man immediately interrupted our conversation and with most soft and helpful voice the sales guy said "ill take care of you as soon as I'm done with her I'll be more and happy to take care of you" he was driving a sports car like a charger or something but regardless of that I'll definitely will be coming back for my tires Ps they offer free tire rotation and nail repairs no matter where you bought your tires highly recommend to friends and family”

The guys name was SAM. I thought I was only paying for a oil change but he did a inspection and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Sam was super cool and gave me some tips about my car.
