“I took my F150 Lariat in. I had it towed from another mechanic shop. When I called, I talked to Edward. He didn't even ask me to come in. After a short conversation about the truck he immediately said that probably isn't the issue but let us get don't eyrs on it and get the diagnostic done and go from there. He immediately gave me a good feeling about taking my truck here. The first mechanic was unable to get my truck to start. He told me the entire electrical module on the truck needed to be rewired or replaced. Orozco's quickly diagnosed the problem and figured out the previous owners of the truck had hooked up some after market accessories and wired them incorrectly and if a certain fuse blew it also blew the main start run fuse. Instead of being dishonest and charging me thousands of dollars they fixed the wiring for me, changed the fuses and sent me home with no additional fees other than the diagnostic. Edward was fantastic to deal with. He was extremely professional and easy to communicate with. I can't praise him or the shop enough. I'm just glad that there are still honest shops out there. I would ?% recommend this place.”

“My service engine light soon was on and my car had a weird idle I took it in here and Lee told me what the problem was and how I would save a lot of money just going to AutoZone and replacing the part myself didn't even charge me for the diagnosis and in the end I only have to pay $150 at AutoZone and 5 minutes of my own time to fix it. If ever have car problems again I'm definitely coming back here!”
“I had such a great experience here! Jordan helped me and represents this business well. A couple things really stood out to me. They honor their quotes, they will pay for an Uber to take you home and back vs. having to wait for your vehicle, and they overall just make getting an oil change a pleasant experience!
While I was waiting, another customer came in to bring the staff a box of treats to thank them for helping her out. This says SO MUCH about a tire/auto shop.

“Came in with a non-working AC/heater and also a strange gasoline smell at the rear end of my car (that occured when I started my car)....by the end of the day, owner John and his crew had pinpointed both issues and solved both problems (a new AC/heater blower installed...and a new gas cap installed )
Will be using Long Beach Auto Clinic into the future...nice to find a reliable mechanic nearby...professional and fast!”
“They were cool and all but they can be a bit expensive. And the reason I gave them 4 stars was because they didn't do what I asked. And that was to check out my whole car and inspect it. I needed them to make sure that there wasn't anything else I needed to worry about. I know I was there solely to get my brakes fixed. But as much as they try and charge you the least they can do is to at least warn me of all fluid levels that are needed in my car. But no they didn't do that! In fact they didn't warn me about any other problems that I may have with my car. Nope they just fixed my brakes and sent me on my way. Until I find out later by someone else that I have no power steering fluid. And I have no motor oil in my car. I mean I'm a girl I don't know these things which is why whenever I take my car in for one problem I ask them if they could check all the stuff I may need more of. But they refrained from doing that! I guess nobody wants to go above and beyond anymore smh.”
“My first time here at Jiffy Lube . Pleasantly surprised at how quickly they got to my vehicle, checked it out and changed the oil. The staff there were very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. This was an impulse decision and I'm glad I did it. I will definitely be back.”

“We took our car to Jiffy Lube on Long beach ave. Jiffy Lube said we needed new brakes and rotors. We brought our car to Dad's for a second opinion. They told us the brakes had lots of life left, and didn't charge us for the inspection. We get all our fluid changes done here now.”

“The team at ACA Automotive are top notch! I always get great service and the work is high quality. I have a 12 year old Acura and it usually requires something every year. I can count on ACA to fix it right. Because of their reputation, they are extremely busy and sometimes it takes longer than I like to get the work done, and I will exchange that for high quality work. It would be great if they were also open on Saturday.”
“Love the team here! Always fast, helpful, and honest. Love that they can do more than just oil too. They top off all the fluids, can replace filters as needed, wiper blades, and will fill up the tires. You’re in and out and on your way!”

“Jiffy Lube on Long Beach Blvd. was superb. They were fantastic. I received a spark plug and coil change. I was unable to get a transmission oil changed due to type of car I have but the employee there searched around to a few different locations to find a location that would be able to assist. All in all they were very friendly they escorted me into the building to wait for my carand back to my car when the service was done. Now my car seems to be doing really great. What a positive experience. Thank you again for the guys at Jiffy Lube on Long Beach Blvd.”
“Someone in comments said they drove far away and was denied for appts only for an oil change but i went for an oil change and got a filter change on the spot WITHOUT an appointment and ive been here before to do the same thing and I also was heloed so im assuming you mjst ba e the wrong walmart auto care center miss becsuse ive gone to this one for multiple things and i have always been helped, even when the times i went were middle of the day and everybody seemed ery nice to me. Ive never had an issue with them here. Ive even had EXTRA service where they even heloed me with a 2nd issue i had been having with .y sir conditioner and while they do not fix those sorts of issues I was still given information on it with what i should do. You mustve gone to the wrong one lmffao”
