“So I went to experTech knowing that my 2007 Tahoe had some issues. After they did their inspection come to find out it was a lot worse that I thought. I ended up paying a lil over $9,000 for everything but with the warranty’s and the quality of work that they did … it was worth it. The one thing that really amazed me was how fast everything was done. I will also like to mention the quote on the price they gave me was what I ended up paying they are very professional and I appreciate them.”

“I took my F150 Lariat in. I had it towed from another mechanic shop. When I called, I talked to Edward. He didn't even ask me to come in. After a short conversation about the truck he immediately said that probably isn't the issue but let us get don't eyrs on it and get the diagnostic done and go from there. He immediately gave me a good feeling about taking my truck here. The first mechanic was unable to get my truck to start. He told me the entire electrical module on the truck needed to be rewired or replaced. Orozco's quickly diagnosed the problem and figured out the previous owners of the truck had hooked up some after market accessories and wired them incorrectly and if a certain fuse blew it also blew the main start run fuse. Instead of being dishonest and charging me thousands of dollars they fixed the wiring for me, changed the fuses and sent me home with no additional fees other than the diagnostic. Edward was fantastic to deal with. He was extremely professional and easy to communicate with. I can't praise him or the shop enough. I'm just glad that there are still honest shops out there. I would ?% recommend this place.”
“Pacific Tire is awesome! I went to this tire shop to have my front tire and rim fixed, which I had damaged by bumping into the barrier on the road. I expected that I might have been charged more than $300. Luckily, the tire was fine and just needed air pumped in. The rim was hopelessly damaged. Since they didn't have any used rim that fit my tire, they worked hard to fix the dent on the rim and put it back on. The service took less than 30 minutes and charged me only $20. They were nice and friendly. I highly recommend Pacific Tire!”
“Jaime’s garage, (JB Repair Inc) was recommended to me by a great friend. Thank goodness he did because I wasn’t having any luck with trust and with ethics. Jaime was everything you could ask for. His enthusiasm in his work, his honest and professional assessment, pricing , excellent timeliness and most of all how knowledgeable he was, like a scientist lol, seriously you’ll enjoy the feeling of confidence in him and in yourself. “Mike was amazing! I hit a huge pothole on Alameda trying to avoid the bridges (they scare me). It was immediately a flat tire and AAA was 2 hrs out. Called the nearest shop before they were technically open, Mike at Chino Tires answered and directed me to slowly drive it 1 min away to his shop. He had a good replacement tire in stock and fixed it in record time! Mike thank you so much!”
“I had such a great experience here! Jordan helped me and represents this business well. A couple things really stood out to me. They honor their quotes, they will pay for an Uber to take you home and back vs. having to wait for your vehicle, and they overall just make getting an oil change a pleasant experience!
While I was waiting, another customer came in to bring the staff a box of treats to thank them for helping her out. This says SO MUCH about a tire/auto shop.

“It's difficult to go anywhere and get a fair deal, especially when it comes to Automotive repair. Everyone wants to high gross you no matter what you are having done. I just wanted an oil change but the first half a dozen places I went wouldn't even do it because it's a high end vehicle but these guys went out of their way to do it and gave me a great price. I would send anyone who needed anything done, to the Tire Depot. Just the transparency is worth paying more but I ended up saving $100.00 which was a refreshing change!”
“They were cool and all but they can be a bit expensive. And the reason I gave them 4 stars was because they didn't do what I asked. And that was to check out my whole car and inspect it. I needed them to make sure that there wasn't anything else I needed to worry about. I know I was there solely to get my brakes fixed. But as much as they try and charge you the least they can do is to at least warn me of all fluid levels that are needed in my car. But no they didn't do that! In fact they didn't warn me about any other problems that I may have with my car. Nope they just fixed my brakes and sent me on my way. Until I find out later by someone else that I have no power steering fluid. And I have no motor oil in my car. I mean I'm a girl I don't know these things which is why whenever I take my car in for one problem I ask them if they could check all the stuff I may need more of. But they refrained from doing that! I guess nobody wants to go above and beyond anymore smh.”
“Came here after reading all of the reviews. Just needed a tire patch and was out in less than 20 minutes. What was super nice was that I learned about the different patches offered and did not know there was a difference. Having met the owner and being informed about everything was a nice touch. Definitely will bring the car back for any other tire related services.”

Arrived at 7 am… had a bolt in my tire. The bolt was removed and the tire plugged and I was back on the road again just minutes later !!!!
Super efficient and both guys there were extremely friendly !!
