Arrived at 7 am… had a bolt in my tire. The bolt was removed and the tire plugged and I was back on the road again just minutes later !!!!
Super efficient and both guys there were extremely friendly !!

I decided to give Ben’s auto repair a chance to win my business. I had been to the shop many years ago when it was managed by someone else. Do you get the feeling that customer service is totally dead? Well, when you go see Ben! Ben cares about the people he does business with. He cares about the community. I felt like he appreciated that I came in and asked questions. Ben explained things to me more than once so I could tell my husband about what was happening with my car. I drive a much older car and I’m getting ready to sell it but I needed to pass my smog. Ben made that happen and had the parts available for my car and explained everything to me so I was able to meet all the requirements to pass smog. I knew I would not pass when I came in. While I was waiting, I have to say that I saw how other customers interacted with Ben and they were telling me how pleased they were to be able to go to someone they could trust and not worry about being up sold on something that they didn’t need to have done and also trust the work to be done.
Some of the cars that were there while I was waiting were much newer cars, and another customer told me she had gotten a price from the dealer and paid for something there and found out later that they didn’t do the work. Ben showed her what was safest for her family. I love someone who is willing to walk through something with you and show you so you feel that trust.

“The gas station has a very small drive-through area. The pumps are very close together. Pretty busy location near the freeway. With a 7eleven store attached. A few parking spaces available.”

“Gas prices are one of the lowest in the area for top tier gas. They also have a lot of new snacks and drinks. They are in the process of building a new convenience store.”

“Long gone are the days of "service" stations; now, we have mere "gas" stations. Nevertheless, this Chevron remains a Service Station.Sean does it all. As I have been walking with a limp, he opens the door for me when there are no customers around. Also, never have I had any problems using my Loyalty Number. All transactions go very smoothly. Sean goes out of his way to make sure I am fully content with each visit. He also knows exactly where all items are in the store. In addition, while I was conversing with Sean, he noticed someone was digging through the trash bin outside (via camera), and immediately went over there to make sure everything was okay. I feel safe and secure at this Chevron.Sean is most certainly friendly, courteous, and totally professional. I am always happy to see the guy whom I consider my friend now.John is a technician at this Chevron. I had a slow leak in one of my tires, and seeing that I was struggling to walk, he actually put in air for me on three different occasions without my having to even ask. In fact, one time, a truck was blocking the air machine, and John used his own tools to put in the proper amount of air.Hao is another technician who goes above and beyond. I had gotten a new set of four tires, but the tire place failed to put in the proper amount of air. Hao took the time to make sure all four tires had the psi as recommended by the manufacturer.I am recommending to my friends and family to get their vehicles serviced here.All these guys work as a team, and this Chevron really works like a well-oiled machine.Have a blessed day, everyone!”
