The guys at Bill's got me out a pinch 900 miles away from home! Got to check out the bikes in the while cracking jokes (some justifiably at my expense) and back on the road the same day. I'm looking forward to the chance of coming back under different circumstances.

Definitely the best bike shop in the 831 area, always giving the best customer service and best rates. They always do a great job when they work on my bike. They always takes the extra step to help me.
