Found some cute clothes; not too crowded. Everyone was friendly and welcoming! I really like the central coast Goodwills. Fitting rooms are under construction. The parking lot is a little rough , almost got hit by someone who didn’t understand that they needed to give me room to back up if they wanted my space. I think there might be more parking behind the building.

I wish the goodwills would go back to the time when you found unexpected treasures that were old and had a history ,the clothing,the furniture and the jewelry BAGS that were stuffed and taped closed. Now the clothing,and merchandise is mostly new, I can go to the other stores for that, jewelry is sold by peice or on line and you get strands of bead necklaces as a filler and less jewelry at double the price. I miss the, good old goodwills when profit wasnt their priority it was about helping out the community or less fortunat.I just like the goodwill

I went to drop of a full truckload of mostly brand new clothing and two furniture items. Upon arriving I greated the little individual working and was greated with a blank look. He than began to list off all the items he did not plan to accept. In addition he was rudely telling me to offload my larger items and take them inside myself. I decided I would try the salvation army and they gladly accepted everything and told me thank you. Please consider what organization you are donating to. The salvation army in seaside is right around the corner and much more appreciative of the items donated. This is not the first time goodwill has denied donations from me however this is the first time I knew that I can just go to salvation army and make an actual difference. The cherry on top is when I told the man at Goodwill that I would go and tak my items to salvation army he smirked and said okay and walked away. The Goodwill has most touch with its original mission.

Shopped and found some goods today(07/03 1230-1pm). The staff working today were wonderful. Welcoming. Great attitudes. Kept busy. What I love to see is the coworkers treating eachother with respect and have a team work attitude. Never have a seen anyone degrading another employee for not knowing something. They have playful attitudes and very informative.

I have been to the this place twice And I don't know the people who work here histories and I understand that I'm a different looking individual I have dreadlocks and I'm Native American and I'm covered in tattoos and I have my own sense of style but every time I come in here if you watch me while I shop I don't mind because I honestly don't steal and I can understand to a certain extent you watching me a little bit extra because of the tattoos or because I'm laughing at you basically I know that while you have the whole store watching me there's at least three little ladies that are inconspicuous or dudes that are rubbing y'all blind but, when you are physically making me uncomfortable, but when you are causing me anxiety because your staring or laughing without mirth or anyone near you no,ear buds, you and I only and making lil comments under your breath yes I get that you p could be doing it for any number of reasons.... But when you're in every isle I am at the same time looking at the same things I am at some point I'm gonna wonder if that aggression is pointed at me also if you guys are so busy making me uncomfortable that while I'm trying to spend my my money at your establishment... That your not even paying attention to the people that need to be rung up well..... Im a law abiding tax paying individual also so I know what damage the freaking shop lifting is doing! Maybe y'all should honestly take a look in the mirror if your judging me based on my appearence

The store was clean and very well organized. I usually shop at Kohl's but arrived in Monterrey having forgot to pack shirts. I was in a hurry when I spotted Goodwill. I never before found clothing that fit so quickly. I bought 3 beautiful shirts that look new for $7 each. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

This is the definition of an okay goodwill store. If you want clothes then go here but for practically anything else, stay away. They have a small shelf of books, a tiny selection of DVDs, and as far as video games and Blu-rays are concerned you can forget about it. They have stuff like decade old TVs and monitors from the mid 2000s marked at well over what they are valued at. Despite being on the larger end of goodwill stores the lack of item diversity brings this one down a lot.

Won't be coming to this drop-off location anymore. Had a previous interaction with a man with glasses "shushing" my dog in the car while dropping off some things. I had told him my dog will bark to not catch the man off-guard. Today when I came by again, I let him know about my dog being in the car and he says, "whatever" to my gal. Really?? What happened to a thing called CUSTOMER SERVICE nowadays? The other men at this drop-off location were cool, definitely not this one. WON'T BE COMING BACK.

I hate to admit it, but this was always one of my favorite shops to visit. My best friend lived only a block away, and whenever I go to the area, I would shop here. Wonderful people run the place. It is always kept neat and clean. Very well organized. Merchandise was always clean. I loved the place.

Great little store! Michaelia was pleasant and multi-tasking the entire time I was there and Ken was also very nice and provided assistance when she needed it. It will always be on my list of places to stop when I am visiting again!

I went there yesterday last 15 minutes before the close didn’t find anything I liked so when they announced that there was 3 minutes left I decided to leave right behind me not even a minute later a worker follows me outside and looks at me and my car I proceed to ask her can I help you? She completely ignored me and walks away but side eyes me I walk back inside and ask why she followed me and was looking to see if I stole something she ignored me again I told her that I hadn’t stolen anything if she wanted to check me and my car she could. she tried saying she wasn’t looking at me that she was looking at a man that just walked out that she thought stole something, that isn’t true I was the only person that walked out at that moment. This truly angered me and I hope she knows she was wrong.this woman is rude to everyone she has a snarky attitude I will contact corporate about her.

Not the best Goodwill I've ever seen, but I loved the staff, and found some good staff. Eclectic bunch making the best of it!
